Varsha Usgaonkar is a well-known actress in Marathi cinema. Her journey from Goa to Mumbai and then Bollywood has been simply remarkable. She has made her presence felt in Marathi as well as Hindi cinema and now she is the well accepted on the small screen too.
Varsha has to her credit many Marathi hits such as ‘Sawat Majhi Ladki‘, ‘Navari Mile Navryala‘, ‘Dhumakul‘, ‘Lapandav‘, ‘Aflatoon‘, ‘Gadbad Gotala‘ and many more. She has also starred as the lead actress in the Bollywood films ‘Ghar Aaya Mera Pardesi‘, ‘Doodh Ka karz’ and ‘Pathreela Raasta‘. She invited attention through that fiery role opposite Nana Patekar in the film ‘Tirangaa‘ . Her most memorable roles on the small screen was that of Uttara- wife of Abhimanyu, in famous serial ‘Mahabharat‘ and also as Rani Laxmibai in serial ‘Jhansi Ki Rani

Varsha herself is a very good singer and has also played the host of a reality show on small screen. Varsha has also acted in many Marathi serials and her current role in ‘Mann Udhan Varache‘ is worth acclamation. She has maintained her fitness level very well.
