It will be ‘Whatsup Lagna’ on screen for Vaibhav & Prarthana Behere
With the success of the film ‘Coffee Aani Barach Kahi’, the lead pair of this film Vaibhav Tatwavdi and Prarthana Behere also attained lots of popularity. Now, this successful pair is returning back with their new film ‘Whats up Lagna‘ which will release next year on Valentines day. Through this film two big names are also coming together for the first time and they are Vishwas Joshi, producer of successful Natasamrat and Nanubhai Jaisinghani, the presenter of hit film ‘Duniyadari’.
Influenced by the Bollywood film makers , these two film makers have also announced the release date of their film much in advance, i.e. four months in advance and that too on the auspicious occasion of Dussehra. Highlight of this film is that Producer Vishwas Joshi also makes his debut in direction through this film. According to makers of ‘Whatsup Lagna’, the entire shooting of this film is over and the post production work which is in progress, will also be over soon.

Music and Trailer launched for the film ‘Anaan’
Forthcoming Marathi film ‘Anaan‘ which presents Prarthana Behere in her new look, recently launched the Trailer and music at a grand ceremony held recently. Producers Raunak Bhatia & Hemant Bhatia of Rohan Theatres were present on the occasion along with director of this film Rajesh Kushte. The other artistes of this film, namely Omkar Shinde, Sukhada Khandkekar, Suyog Gorhe, Yatin Karyekar, Rajendra Shirsatkar, Uday Sabnis, Uday Nene were also present on this occasion apart from other special invitees.
The trailer of ‘Anaan‘ film clearly indicated that the film was offering a new subject. Music directors Saurabh-Durgesh have also offered a different style of music, with Sonu Nigam, Anandi Joshi, Ravindra Sathe & Saurabh Shetye rendering their voices for the melodious songs in this film. Out of 5 songs in this film, three songs penned by Rajesh Kushte were launched on this occasion. The film is ready for release all over Maharashtra soon.
‘WHAT’SUP Lagna’ launched with muhurat
Having received recognition as one of the producers of the hit film ‘Natasamrat‘, Vishwas Joshi will now be trying his hands into direction, besides associating himself in script writing of forthcoming Marathi film ‘WHAT’SUP Lagna‘. The film was launched with muhurat in presence of special guest of the occasion Mr. Nana Patekar. Having worked in his previous film, Nana wished Vishwas Joshi and his team a grand success.
The film stars Vaibhav Tatwawdi, Prarthana Behere, Vikram Gokhale, Vandana Gupte, Vidyadhar Joshi, Ila Bhate & Veena Jagtap in lead roles. Abhiram Bhadkamkar has written the story of ‘WHAT’SUP Lagna’ film along with Vishwas Joshi with screenplay and dialogues by Mitali Joshi, Ashwini Shende and Vishwas Joshi. Music by Nilesh Moharir & Troy Aarif, Choreography by Phulwa Khamkar and Cinematorgraphy by Sriram Seturaman are the other credits. The title of ‘WHAT’SUP Lagna‘ film certainly suggests that it will be targeted at young audience.

Marathi stars take off from work to celebrate Ganapati Festival
Ganapati festival is the most popular community festival in Maharashtra. Many Maharashtrian families also celebrate this festival for eleven days. Our Marathi film and TV stars, who are otherwise busy with their shooting schedule throughout the year, take off for few days, to be with their families, to celebrate this festival in traditional manner.
Now days, many celebrities from Marathi TV and Film industry belong to places like Pune, Nashik, Sangli and Nagpur and they all proceed to their native places to welcome Ganpati Bappa to their homes. Prarthana Behere to debut in Bollywood
Every regional film actress has a dream to play lead or prominent role in Bollywood films. Following the footsteps of actresses like Varsha Usgaonkar, Radhika Apte, Sai Lokur and others, now one more actress from Marathi film industry will be making her debut in Bollywood. She is Prarthana Behere. After her performance in films like ‘Mitwa‘, ‘Coffee Aani Barach Kahi‘ , Prarthana has been in the news, as she also won many best actress popular awards for these two films.
Actually, Prarthana received name and fame with the Hindi TV serial ‘Pavitra Rishta‘. But, later she established herself as a complete actress through Marathi films. Now, Prarthana will be seen along with Sharman Joshi, in forthcoming Hindi film ‘Vajah Tum Ho‘ directed by Vishal Pandya. The shooting of this film produced by T Series will begin from June 2016.
