After making quality Marathi films like ‘Tee Aani Tee’, ‘Well Done Baby’, ‘Victoria’,  ‘Baapmanus’ and ‘Musafira’ on variety of subjects, Anand Pandit Motion Pictures Pushkar Jog have once again come together, to present their new film ‘Taboo’. Shooting of this film has concluded recently and this film will be released early next year. This film is written and directed by Pushkar Jog.

Pushkar Jog himself is playing lead role in this film opposite Hemal Ingale. New actress Purvee Mundada will be making making her debut through this film. Besides these three artistes Vishakh Subhedar, Abhijit Chavan, Kishori Ambiye, Vijay Patkar, Prithvik Pratap and Anushta Sarkate will also be in lead roles in this film. Speaking about his film , Pushkar Jog says, “This is my sixth film with Anand Pandit and it has always been a pleasure working with him. With ‘Taboo’, we will be offering something new, as we would like to take Marathi cinema to international level.”

Highlight of this film is that this is the first Marathi film, which has been shot in Amsterdam and Paris.

 Ever since this Marathi film ‘Roop Nagar Ke Cheetey’ has been launched, it has been in the news for various reasons. Directed by Vihan Suryavanshi, the poster of this film was catchy and the first teaser of the film indicated that it was story about two friends played by Karan Parab and Kunal Shukla. But now, with the release of 2^nd teaser of this film on social media, the four glamorous girls have been introduced. They are, Mugdha Chaphekar, Hemal Ingle, Aayushi Bhave and Sana Prabhu.

 All four of them have established themselves in the glamour field either through beauty contests or entertainment industry. Mugdha Chaphekar from Mumbai has worked on television with her prominent role of Rajkumari Sanyogita in TV serial ‘Dharti Ka Veer Yodha Prithviraj’. She has also won Maharashtra State award for debut Marathi film ‘The Silence’. Hemal Ingle belongs to Kolhapur being a beauty Queen at many Contests has made her debut in Marathi films through ‘Ashi Hi Aashiqui’‘ She has also appeared in TV serial ‘Vidrohi’ and in Mahesh Manjrekar’s web series ‘1962’. Sana Prabhu who is originally from Ratnagiri, is presently doing her Mass Media and Communications from Mumbai. She is a good dancer and was a finalist in Miss Pune Beauty Contest in 2018. And, Aayushi Bhave is a professional dancer in Film industry, having worked with renowned choreographers like Farah Khan, Geeta Kapur and Prabhudeva.

 Based on the lives of three youths belonging to Koli community and their struggles in life, ‘Unaad’ stars Abhishek Bharate, Devika Daftardar, Ashutosh Gaikwad, Hemal Ingale, Avinash Khedekar, Pravin Prabhakar & Priyanka Tendolkar in lead roles. Written by Saurabh Bhave the screenplay of this film is written by Saurabh Bhave and Kalyani Pandit while dialogues are penned by Kalyani Pandit. Music by Gulraj Singh, cinematography by Lawrence D’cunha, Casting by Rohan Mapuskar, art by Mahesh Kudalkar , editing by Faisal Mahadik, Imran Mahadik and Bhavesh Todankar are the other credits of this film.
