The teaser of ‘Bewaras – Satya Eka Valanavarach’, the final film of legendary Marathi theatre and film actor late Vikram Gokhale, has been officially released. The teaser offers a glimpse into a deeply emotional and thought-provoking story, backed by a strong ensemble cast and powerful performances. The film is slated for a worldwide release on June 25.

A presentation of Shiv Aryan Films, the film is produced under the banner of Harini Productions by Riya Kumar, Nitin Vichare, and Shiv Aryan. The story has been written by Vijay Rane, who has also co-directed the film alongside Riya Kumar. Nitin Vichare has handled creative direction, while the screenplay and dialogues are penned by Shirish Latkar. The film’s lyrics and music direction are by Vivek Apte, with the title track written by Riya Kumar and composed by Biplab Dutta.

The film features an impressive cast including Vikram Gokhale, Tejaswini Pandit, Rohini Hattangadi, Usha Naik, Nihar Gite, Rutuja Bagwe, Uday Tikekar, Srijit Marathe, and Aditya Deshmukh in important roles.

In the film, Vikram Gokhale portrays Abaji, a principled man who runs an orphanage. The story revolves around the legal and emotional struggle of a physically challenged orphan boy seeking justice. Alongside this personal journey, the film also explores various social issues, making it a compelling and relevant narrative.

Marathi Web Series ‘Athang’ which had invited the attention of home viewers with its first 2 episodes on Planet Marathi OTT platform, have now released the part 3 and 4 of their web series to generate more curiosity among the viewers. Now, all eyes on Raosaheb the main character taking his next decisions in his traditional mansion house filled with anxiety. Sensational Marathi play ‘Ananyaa’ which received overwhelming response from Marathi stage audience in the recent past, will now be presented on the big screen. The play is still drawing good crowds, with Rutuja Bagwe playing the title role. Now, TV star Hruta Durgule has been selected to play this central role in this new film ‘Ananya’. Incidentally, she will be making her debut in Marathi films through this film. Produced by Dhruv Das and Ravi Jadhav the film is directed by Pratap Fad.

The muhurat of this film was performed in Pune recently, with the beginning of film’s shooting. Though the play on this subject received good response, the makers of this film will take some cinematic liberties to appeal and inspire the film audience. Other artistes of this film are still to be finalised. The film will be released this year only, according to the makers.

‘Shahid Bhai Kotwal’ is produced by Pravin Dattatray Patil and directed by Eknath Deslae and Parag Sawant , while Eknath Desle has written the story screenplay and dialogues of this film. Besides Bhai Kotwal, the film will also present the bravery act of father and son duo Gomaji Patil and Hiraji Patil.

The film presents the strong star cast comprising of Ashutosh Patki, Rutuja Bagwe, Nishigandha Wad, Madhavi Juvekar, Arun Nalawade, Ganesh Yadav, Pankaj Vishnu, Kamalesh Sawant , Milind Dastane, Siddheshwar Zadbuke, Shrirang Deshmukh, Abhay Rane, Paresh Hindurao, Prajakta Dighe in prominent roles.
