Garishma Productions who have presented Bollywood films like ‘Son of Sardar’ and ‘Atithi Tum kab jaoge’ have presented this Marathi film, to make their debut in Marathi. Produced by Garma Dhir and Jalaj Dhir the story of this film is written by Ashwini Dhir and Arvind Jagtap with cinematography by Surya Mishra. The music is by Sarang Kulkarni, Sayali Khare and Abhang Repost .

Along with Subodh Bhave and Bharat Jadhav the film also stars Dilip Prbhavalkar, Sampada Kulkarni & Shivani Rangole.
