Last year we saw Late Laxmikant Berde‘s son Abhinay Berde making his debut in films through ‘Ti Saddhya Kaay Karte‘. Now, his daughter Swanandi will also make her acting debut through film maker Kishore Belekar’s next Marathi film ‘Respect‘. Mr. Belekar had earlier made Marathi action filled films like ‘Sa Sasucha‘ and ‘Yeda‘.

Swanandi who is just 17 years old, will be playing the role of a student and will be seen in one of the seven stories presented through this film. It is understood that Swanandi Berde was not very keen on taking up acting as her career, but her mother suggested her to play this role. After all, acting is there in her blood and roles in films will always keep coming to her.
