‘युवा डान्सिंग क्वीन’मधील स्पर्धकांची ओळख प्रेक्षकांना करून देणाऱ्या गंगाचा एक वेगळाच स्वैग आहे .  तिचे स्टाईल स्टेटमेंट असो किंवा ती मुलींना ज्या प्रमाणे प्रत्येक वेळी डिफेन्ड करत असो,  ती प्रत्येक वेळी प्रेक्षकांचं योग्य मनोरंजन होईल हे पाहत असते . गंगा या व्यक्तीबद्दल आता  सर्वांच्याच मनात असलेली उत्सुकता अधिक वाढलेली आहे. गंगाचा ‘युवा डान्सिंग क्वीन’मध्ये असलेला रोल अजूनही नेमका कळलेला नाही. मात्र तीच्या म्हणण्याप्रमाणे अद्वैतपेक्षा ती जास्त चांगल्या प्रकारे या कार्यक्रमाचं होस्टिंग करू शकते. कारण तिनेच या कार्यक्रमावर सगळ्या मुलींना आणलं आहे त्यामुळे ती जास्त चांगल्या प्रकारे मुलींची माहिती देऊ शकते त्याचप्रमाणे परीक्षक सुद्धा तिच्यावर खूप खुश आहेत कारण ती उत्तम नर्तिका सुद्धा आहे . तिच्या ठसकेबाज लावणीची परीक्षकांनी सुद्धा भरपूर तारीफ केली होती . या धमाकेदार लावणीचा तिचा विडिओ सध्या सोशल मीडियावर भरपूर वायरल झालेला आहे. त्यामुळे तिने अद्वैत दादरकरसमोर एक मोठे आव्हान उभे केले आहे . उत्तम होस्ट कोण या प्रश्नावर सर्व मुलींनी गंगालाच पसंती दिली आहे . त्यामुळे आता युवा डान्सिंग क्वीन या कार्यक्रमाचा होस्ट अद्वैत राहतो की परीक्षक गंगा ला होस्ट बनवतात हे पाहणे मजेशीर ठरेल मंचावर अवतरलेली गंगा आता नक्की कुठल्या भूमिकेत पाहायला मिळणार.

Shashank Ketkar’s debut Marathi play ‘Goshta Tashi Gamtichi‘ is all set to score unbeaten 400, when this play will perform its 400^th show on the auspicious Padwa day during Diwali on 20^th October 2017. Highlight of this play is that ever since its launch three years ago, there has been no replacement of artistes for all the 399 shows performed till date. For Shashank Ketkar and Leena Bhagwat this is their first play to reach the 400 mark.

Speaking on this occasion, lead actress Leena Bhagwat said, “This play has given all of us a total satisfaction and happiness. Those who saw this play showered on us the love and affection as family members. And, watching their overwhelming response, we tried to do something different for every new show we performed. This helped us to retain the freshness in the play“. Mangesh kadam, who also plays lead character in this film said that this play received the same kind of appreciation abroad, as much it received from the audience in Maharashtra.

Produced by Nandu Kadam under the banner of Sonal Productions, ‘Goshta Tashi Gamtichi’ play is written by Mihir Rajda and directed by Advait Dadarkar. Music by Abhijit Pendharkar, costumes by Amita Khopkar, Production design by Pradeep Patil and light effects by Ravi Karmarkar are the other credits.

Somebody has rightly said, “A successful marriage is falling in love with your life partner again and again.” We all know that a good married life, is based on perfect understanding between the couple. However, in today’s stressful life, the young married couples are facing a tough situation, especially when each one needs space for self. This generally happens with working couples, living independently and without having a child. New Marathi play ‘Don’t Worry Be Happy‘ gives a timely message to such stressed married couples, for solving their issues in a harmonious way.

Written by Mihir Rajda and directed by Advait Dadarkar, this play presents the story of a young working couple Akshay and Pranoti Pradhan , who are both over-occupied with their respective work commitments, with no time even for their honeymoon. Both have differences over petty issues; but Pranoti feels that the reason for her stress is the annoying habits of her husband. They keep blaming each other. But, Chintan, a close Gujarathi friend of Akshay, always tries to keep them together. One day, they plan their delayed honeymoon; but their trip is required to be cancelled due to some gynecological problem faced by Pranoti. What happens further, is very intelligently presented through the crisp dialogues written by Mihir Rajda and efficient direction of Advait Dadarkar.

There are only three main characters in this play, but you don’t feel bored at any moment, as the interaction among them, keeps the audience engaged and entertained. Wonderful performances of both Umesh Kamat and Spruha Joshi are well supported by the small role of Chintan, played by Mihir Rajda himself.

Proper light effects by Amogh Phadke, apt background music by Sai-Piyush and perfect costumes designed by Chaitrali Dongre make this play more presentable.

No wonder, ‘Don’t Worry, Be Happy‘ has won various awards at the recently concluded Maharashtra State awards. A must see play for all drama lovers.

Marathi play ‘Goshta Tashi Gamtichi’, which was launched on 3^rd August 2014 with its inaugural show at Atre Theatre, kalyan, , staged its 250^th show at Shivaji Natya Mandir on Sunday 3^rd January 2016,  in just 16 months time. This play has already won several  popular awards and also toured places like America, London,Dubai & Doha to stage its shows.

Having already won appreciation from drama lovers of different age groups, the 250^th show was attended by celebrities like Mr. Raj Thackeray (as chief guest), Mr. Mahesh Manjrekar, Sonali Kulkarni, Ashok Hande & Amruta Khanvilkar . Written by Mihir Rajda, produced by Nandu Kadam  and directed by Advait Dadarkar the lead artistes of this play are Leena Bhagwat, Mangesh kadam & popular TV star Shashank Ketkar.
