Not only Bollywood but even Marathi film industry has offered many new lead pairs , which later turned out to be hit pairs on big screen. Now, writer – director Chandrakant Pawar who will be presenting a new lead pair of Vijay Sairaj and Krutika Gaikwad through his forthcoming Marathi film ‘Vitthala Shappath‘, which is all set to release on 15^th September 2017. This is the first film of Vijay and Krutika together. While Krutika has some experience of acting, for Vijay has faced the camera for the first time, through this film.

While Vijay plays the character of Krushna, Krutika is playing the character of Nayna. The film ‘Vitthala Shappath‘ presents the story of a father and son and is set on the backdrop of faith in Lord Vitthala by his true devotee. The director was in search of a new face to play this young hero and he found his choice in Vijay. Besides Vijay Sairaj and Krutika Gaikwad, the film also stars Mangesh Desai, Anuradha Rajadhyaksha, Uday Sabnis, Vidyadhar Joshi, Sanjay Khapre, Anshuman Vichare, Ketan Pawar, Vijay Nikam, Pranav Raorane and Rajesh Bhosale. Chinar- Mahesh have composed the music of this film.

‘आली आषाढी एकादशी…चला करू पंढरीची वारी…माझी विठ्ठल रखुमाई!‘ असं म्हणत विठ्ठलाच्या दर्शनासाठी आसुसलेल्या भाविकांसाठी ही वारी म्हणजे आत्मानंदाचा अनुभव असतो. हाच अनुभव ‘विठ्ठला शप्पथ‘ या आगामी मराठी चित्रपटाच्या माध्यमातून प्रेक्षकांना घ्यायची संधी मिळणार आहे. गुरुदर्शन फिल्म्स आणि पहेल प्रोडक्शन एल.एल.पी यांची निर्मिती असलेला हा चित्रपट लवकरच प्रेक्षकांच्या भेटीला येणार आहे. या चित्रपटाचे दिग्दर्शन चंद्रकांत पवार यांनी केले आहे.
‘विठ्ठला शप्पथ‘ या चित्रपटाची कथा, पटकथा चंद्रकांत पवार यांची असून संवादलेखन चंद्रकांत पवार, कौस्तुभ सावरकर, भानुदास पानमंद यांचे आहेत. पंढरीच्या विठ्ठलाची महती सांगणारे, गायक राहुल देशपांडे यांच्या आवाजातील भक्तीगीत नुकतंच ध्वनीमुद्रित करण्यात आलं आहे.

मंगेश कांगणे यांच्या लेखणीतून साकारलेल्या ‘ठाई ठाई माझी विठाई‘ गीताला चिनार-महेश यांचा संगीतसाज लाभला आहे. ‘व्हिडिओ पॅलेस’ ही म्युझिक कंपनी या चित्रपटातील गाणी प्रकाशित करणार आहे. अशा अतिशय समर्पक शब्दात विठ्ठल भक्तीचं यथार्थ वर्णन करणारे हे गीत सगळ्यांनाच समाधानाची अनुभूती देईल.
