Muhurat of ‘Vitthala Shappath’ with song recording
In recent times television has been handling mythology based subjects, with some success through viewer’s support. Even otherwise, Lord Khandoba and Lord Vitthal have always found lot of importance in the scripts of few Marathi films.
Now, Guru Darshan films is coming up with a new marathi film ‘Vitthala Shapath’. The name of film sounds mythological, but the makers insist that the story is far from that. It’s a story about a strong devotee of Vitthal and his fight with society in general. The film does not indulge in special effects as in mythological films, but makers claim that the story is based on logic and science.
‘Vitthala Shappath’ is written and directed by Chandrakant Pawar and he has joined hands with Bhanudas Panmand, for screenplay and with Kaustubh Savarkar for dialogues while music is composed by Chinar-Mahesh. Kruttika Gaikwad, Mangesh Desai, Anuradha Rajadhyaksha, Ketan Pawar, Anshuman Vichare, Uday Sabnis, Vidhyadhar Joshi and Sanjay Khapre will be seen in important roles in the film.
Vitthala Shapath has been launched with a song recording, sung by Swapnil Bandodkar and Anandi Joshi in Mumbai, in the presence of producers Vinayak Kank, Praful Ajmera, Sukesh Sawardekar, John Nadar and co-producers Kutubuddin Dahiwala, Vakoji Patil and Moiz Bhabrawala.
