Having made an announcement about their film ‘Phullwanti’ with Prajakta Mali in title role of a dancer during Peshwa period, Producers Mangesh Pawar & Co. & Shiv Om Creations Pvt. Ltd; have now disclosed the name of Gashmeer Mahajani, who will play the lead role opposite Prajakta Mali in this film. The film is directed by Snehal Pravin Tarde, who is making her debut as a director through this film.

Through the teaser of this film, the personality of Venkatshastri has been unveiled, which speaks about his presence during Peshwa era. Based on Late Babasaheb Purandare’s novel ‘Phulwanti’, the dialogues of this film are penned by Pravin Tarde. The film is all set to release on 11^th October  2024.
