Now, from today onwards one more Marathi serial ‘Grahan‘ will be telecast at 10.30 pm from Monday to Saturday on Zee Marathi channel . The first look of this serial has already created curiosity about the subject of this serial which clearly indicates through its title.

But, the big news is also that Pallavi Joshi will be making her comeback in Marathi television through this serial. Earlier we had seen her as show anchor for the popular musical programme ‘Sa Re Ga Ma..‘ This serial is produced by Tejendra Neswankar under the banner of Trump Card Productions. Presently his serial ‘Majhya Navryachi Bayko‘ is being aired on TV. So, let us wait and watch what this serial is going to offer.

Known for his memorable role of Raja Shivaji in the past serial ‘Raja Shiv Chhatrapati‘,  Amol Kolhe is now all set to portray the character of Sambhaji Raja in forthcoming history based Marathi serial ‘Swarajyarakshak Sambhaji‘. This serial will go on air on Zee Marathi channel , with inaugural 2 hour long episode to be telecast at 7 pm onwards on 24^th September 2017. Thereafter from 25^th September onwards, this serial will be telecast from Monday to Saturday at prime time 9:00 pm on the same channel and also on Zee Marathi HD.

Mr. Nilesh Mayekar Zee Marathi Business head made this official announcement recently, at a special function to introduce Dr.Amol Kolhe in the get up of Sambhaji Raje. It will be interesting to watch this serial, as not many are aware of his bravery and success achieved by Sambhaji Raje during his rule for 9 years. Produced by Pinku Biswas and directed by Kartik Kendhe , this serial also stars Pratiksha Lonkar in the role of Jijamata, Shantanu Moghe as Raja Shiv Chhatrapati and Amit Bahl as Aurangajeb. Camera by Nirmal Jani and action by Ravi Diwan are the other credits.

Fighting draught situation has always been a big challenge before the Government & administration, especially at some villages in Maharashtra. But, today more and more experts are coming forward through the efforts of NGO’s to fight this grave situation.  PAANI Foundation is one of them, founded by actor Aamir Khan and his wife Kiran along with Satyajit Bhatkal & Dr. Avinash Pol to tackle this situation with their Water Cup project. Maharashtra Government also came forward with their support, when last year a competition was organized in three Talukas of Maharashtra,covering 116 villages.

Now, from 8 April every Saturday at 9.30 pm, Zee Marathi will present a show  to cover this competition , involving many Marathi celebrities in pairs , who will lead some of the regions.  Prominent among them are, Girish Kulkarni & Pratiksha Lonkar, Sunil Barve & Sai Tamhankar,Bharat Ganeshpure & Anita Date. The show will be anchored by Jitendra Joshi and will run for eight weeks, offering prizes of Rs.50 Lakhs, 30 Lakhs & 20 Lakhs respectively.

Realizing competitions from rival channels, Zee Marathi are all set to offer two new serials with different subjects. They will be replacing the prime time between 9.30 to 10.30 pm presently engaged by ‘Asmita‘ from Wednesday to Saturday. ‘Chuk Bhul Dyavi Ghyavi‘ which will be telecast at 9.30 pm, is based on the Marathi play with the same name, while ‘Naktichya Lagnala Yaicha Ha‘ will be telecast at 10 pm.

In ‘Chuk Bhul Dyavi Ghyavi‘ audience will see popular veteran actors Dilip Prabhavalkar and Sukanya Mone in lead roles of couple Rajabhau and Malati, while in ‘Naktichya Lagnala Yaicha Ha‘ they will watch the story of Deshpande family living in their old traditional house. Through this serial Prajakta Mali returns on small TV after a short break, in the company of Sanjay Sugaonkar, Pournima Talwalkar, Ananda karekar, Asit Redij and others. ‘Chuk Bhul Dyavi Ghyavi‘ is directed by Swapnanil Jaykar, while ‘Naktichya Lagnala Yaicha Ha‘ is directed by Gautam Koli.

Adinath Kothare and Tejaswini Pandit are both popular artistes from Marathi film industry. While Tejaswini has performed in about 19 films, Adinath has a dozen of films to his credit. Now, both Adinath and Tejaswini will be seen together in a new Marathi serial ‘100 Days‘ which will begin its telecast on Zee Marathi at 10.30 pm slot in place of ‘Ratris Khel Chale‘ from Monday 24^th October 2016.

Interestingly, ‘100 Days’ serial will have 100 episodes and will therefore end in 100 Days. The story of this suspense filled serial revolves around a couple Rani ( Tejaswini Pandit) and Dhananjay Sardesai ( Ramesh Bhatkar). One day, Dhananjay goes missing and one honest Inspector Ajay Thakur is appointed to investigate the case. Dhananjay has a doubt that Rani is behind her husband going missing. So, he tries to deeper into the case. In the meanwhile, Rani tries to attract the young Inspector’s attention towards her. The mystery behind this case will be uncovered in the 100^th episode.

The serial is presented by the makers of ‘Ratris Khel Chale‘ producers Santosh Aaychit and Sunil Bhosale and is directed by Vighnesh Kambli.

‘चला हवा येऊ द्या’ च्या या भागात थुकरटवाडीच्या मंडळीनी या दोघांसोबत भरपूर धम्माल करत विविध हास्यरंग उधळले. अजय देवगण यांच्या तुफान लोकप्रिय झालेल्या ‘सिंघम‘ चित्रपटाला आपल्या स्टाईलमध्ये सादर करत या मंडळीनी एकच धम्माल उडवून दिली. यावेळी कलाकारांचा अतरंगीपणा बघून अजय आणि काजोल दोघांचीही हसून हसून पुरेवाट लागली. या भागाचं वैशिष्ट्य म्हणजे यात काजोलने मराठी भाषेत संवाद साधला. अजयनेही मराठी बोलण्याचा प्रयत्न केला ज्याला उपस्थित प्रेक्षकांनी दाद दिली.
