Film maker Anandram is in news today. His forthcoming film ‘Pashbandh‘ has been inviting attention at various film festivals, winning the awards and nominations. The film is based on a true story of a brave woman from Dhule district in Maharashtra. The incident had taken place 30 years ago. The film presents woman’s fight against all the trouble she faced in her life, to rise up respectfully in the society. According to the filmmaker, the story of this film, will surely inspire all those women, who are still ill treated, in this male dominated society.

Talented actress Nandita Dhuri, who played the mother of two children in the film ‘Elizabeth Ekadashi’ is playing the lead role of this woman in this film. The other two important artistes of this film are Atul Mahajan & Krutika Tulaskar. Music by Anand Oak , lyrics by Suresh Ghaywat and DOP Suryakant K. are the other credits . The film will release all over Maharashtra on 22^nd May 2015.
