Three Marathi films to release on 9th December

Three Marathi films are all set to release together on 9th December. While ‘Pratibimb’ directed by Dr. Girish Mohite is a so called Fear and Mystery Thriller, ‘Dambis’ is a sort of touching story, directed by Makrand Anaspure and ‘Parambi’ directed by Satish Salagare is based on this backdrop of today’s youth in search for stability and happiness

Produced by Prashant Hire, the star-cast of ‘Pratibimb’ includes a team of renowned artistes like Ankush Chaudhari, Sonali Kulkarni, Ravindra Mankani, Ganesh Yadav, Santosh Juvekar, Lokesh Gupte along with other capable actors and actresses like Sushant Shelar, Shama Ninave, Ujjwala Jog, Bharat Ganeshpure, Pradeep Navale, and Ankita Sakre.

The story, screenplay and dialogues of this film that add to the puzzling atmosphere have been written by Aniruddha Potdar and Abhay Dakhane whereas the cinematography has been handled by Santosh Shinde that aptly captures the art direction of Sonia Parchure. Make-ups are borne by Amod Doshi and Special Effects have been taken care of by Jayant Hadke with the thrilling background music composed by Avinash-Vishwajeet.

On the other hand, the concept and story of ‘Dambis’ is written by Makrand Anaspure himself, while the screenplay, dialogues and songs have been written by Arvind Jagtap. The music of ‘Dambis’ has been composed by Anand Modak and cinematography has been handled by the sharp eyes of Suresh Deshmane.

The star-cast includes Makrand Anaspure, Lokesh Gupte, Dr. Pradnya Shastri, child artiste Subhankar Atre, along with Vinod Khedekar and Dr. Sudhir Nikam. Famous writer Dr. Anil Avachat shall be appearing in a role of guest-artiste.

And finally, ‘Parambi’ is the film aimed at offering entertainment with a timely message. Starring Bhushan Pradhan, Sai Lokur, Uday Tikekar, Suhas palshikar, Nandesh Umap, Usha Naik, Jayant Savarkar, Dr. Shreeram Patki, Bhooshan Ghadi, Kamalesh Sawant and others.

Now, it all remains to be seen how these three films succeed in getting their share of audience to the theatres.
