Madhuri Dixit is all praise for Sumedh Mudgalkar
Hindi TV star Sumedh Mudgalkar is in the news. This time the heartthrob of millions of girls, handsome Sumedh is in seventh heaven, as the Dhak Dhak Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit has praised his performance in forthcoming Marathi film ‘Bucket List’. Madhuri is making her debut through this film and Sumedh is also playing an important character in this film. Sumedh was earlier seen in Marathi films like ‘Ventilator’ and ‘Manjha’ . But, his role in this film will prove to be the most important one in his career. This is what Madhuri Dixit feels and she has openly admitted this on her Twitter page.
Reacting to this fine gesture shown by the veteran actress, Sumedh said, “This pat on my shoulder coming from Madhuri mam is a big compliment for me. A number of years she has spent in her film career is not even my age.” With this praise, the expectations of the Marathi film lovers from this actor are certainly high. But, one thing is sure that Madhuri Dixit’s praise will certainly help the young actor to build more confidence in himself.
Three Marathi films to release this Friday
After a long time we will see release of three Marathi films together. And, all three films are most eagerly awaited films. They are, ‘Bus Stop‘, ‘Ti ani Itar‘ and ‘Manjha‘. The first film ‘Bus Stop‘ is a multi starrer, with a combination of young and old. Directed by Sameer Hemant Joshi it is mainly targeted at youngsters, but parents of youngsters will also be able to enjoy this film, as they will co relate themselves with few characters of parents from this film. Besides Pooja Sawant, Aniket Vishwasrao, Siddharth Chandekar & Amruta Khanvilkar the character played by popular TV actress Rasika Sunil will also be watched with big expectation.
Second film ‘Ti ani Itar‘ is a Bollywood director Govind Nihalani’s debut film in Marathi and this film too has big stars like Subodh Bhave, Sonali Kulkarni, Amruta Subhash, Priya Marathe, Bhushan Pradhan and others. Story of this film is based on the play ‘Lights Out’ by Manjula Padmanabhan. The third Marathi film directed by Jatin Wagle is ‘Manjha‘, which has a tagline questioning ‘what your son does after school hours?’ which will certainly generate interest among young parents of school going children. All in all, this Friday will be a big treat for Marathi film lovers, to make their choice.
