Muhurat of ‘Shyamchi Shala’ with a song recording
Known for their story oriented subjects, Marathi films have been offering entertainment with a substance. Many thought-provoking Marathi movies with some entertainment value in it, have appreciated by all film lovers. One such forthcoming Marathi Film ‘Shyamchi Shala’ falls into the above category, as the makers claims it to be an entertaining, yet a film with social message.
The muhurat of ‘Shyamchi Shala’ was held recently, with a song recording, at Lata Mangeshkar recording studio at Andheri, Mumbai. The songs of this film are written by Eknath Pawar and Akshay Shinde and music is composed by Shrirang Aaras. The song during muhurat was recorded in the voices of Sanjeevani Bhelande and Shripad Mallya. ‘Shyamchi Shala’ is being directed by Prakash Jadhav , who has graduated himself from editing to direction. Along with the director, also present on the occasion were co-producer Nandu Malvankar and the entire music team. Vijay Patkar and few other celebrities from the industry were also present . The movie is produced by Sainath Chitra and the responsibility of story-screenplay-dialogues has been handled by Paresh Borate. Arun Nalavade and Vijay Patkar will be seen in important major roles in the film.

Four directors give clap for Film’s Muhurat
What may be called a big news in Marathi film industry, four reputed directors of Marathi films came together, to give clap for the muhurat of their friend’s film. It so happened that muhurat of Ajay-Atul and Girish Kulkarni ‘s film ‘Jaudya Na Balasaheb’ was to be held in Kenjal village near Wai. Among the special invitees, were the four directors, namely Umesh Kulkarni, Satish Manvar, Nikhil Mahajan & Gajendra Ahire. And, they played the chief guests to give the clap for the muhurat shot of the film.
Writer and actor Girish Kulkarni is making his debut as a director through this film and all these well wishers had travelled all the way to Wai, to wish him success. The film is produced by Ajay Atul, along with Girish Kulkarni and Poonam Shende, who are also sharing the burden of production. Needless to mention that the film has Ajay Atul’s music. Prominent artistes from Marathi film industry are part of the team. Present on the occasion were Mohan Joshi, Reema Lagoo, Sai Tamhankar, Poorva Pawar, Kishore Chougule, Shrikant Yadav,Prashant Pethe and others.
