Marathi film ‘Tapku’ to highlight the subject of child trafficking
The practice of illegally procuring and relocating children, typically for the purposes of forced labour or sexual exploitation has always been the big social problem in our country. Now, Pune born Anusik Pagare will be directing a Marathi film ‘Tapku‘ on this subject under the banner of Atharvi Creations and Ameya Productions. Shooting of this film has already begun at Swati Bungalow in Vasai, off. Mumbai and soon the outdoor shooting of this film will continue at Nala Sopara and Palghar.
Anusik, who has done his graduation from Fergusson College , Pune has done his specialisation in film making from FTII, Pune. Father of two daughters, Anusik always wanted to make a film on this subject to save little children from the trap of child traffickers. The film ‘Tapku‘ will be released next year i.e. in 2019 and stars Deepshikha Nagpal, Milind Gunaji, Virendra Saxena, Goraksha Sakpal & Kauravaki Vashistha in lead roles. One more actor will also be selected among lead characters and the choice will be made between Prathamesh Parab or Parth Bhalerao.
