Physiotherapist Rupal Nand turns actress
Till now, we have seen Engineers, Doctors, MBA’s , teachers & Singers turning towards acting profession. Now, a Physiotherapist from Pune, Rupal Nand is the new addition to this list. Rupal is playing the lead role of Radha in Star Pravah‘s new Marathi serial ‘Goth‘.
Rupal Nand who has studied from Fergusson College, Pune, was also actively taking part in Purushottam Trophy competition and has performed in various one act plays. When she completed her Physiotherapy , she could not resist the temptation of her passion for acting. And when she won the best personality prize at a beauty contest, the doors for acting career opened for her. For this contest, Satish Rajwade was the judge, who offered her role in his ‘Mumbai Pune Mumbai-2‘ film. There after, she also performed a role in the film ‘& Jara Hatke‘.
When this role of Radha was offered to us, she was highly impressed by this character and that’s how today she is turning into one of the popular TV stars. Rupal’s parents supported her to turn to acting field. But, Rupal’s wish is to open her own Physiotherapy centre in near future.
