Kedar Shinde to pay tributes to Shahir Sablethrough his new film
The birth centenary of the great freedom fighter of Sanyukta Maharashtra Movement Shahir Sable will be celebrated next year on 3rd September 2022. Therefore to pay tributes to Shahir Sable his grandson Kedar Shinde will be making a film on his life. Shahir Sable is no more amongst us, but his songs like ‘Jai Jai Maharashtra Majha’ , ‘Ya Go Dandyavarun…’, ‘ Jejurichya Khanderaya…’ are still fresh in our memory.
Born in Parasani in Satara district on 3rd September 1923, Krushnarao Sable after studying upto 7th class soon joined his father singing Bhajans. He was lucky to be associated with legends from Maharashtra like Sane Guruji, KrantiSinh Nana Patil, Bhaurao Patil, Senapati Bapat and others. After participating in Chale Jao Movement of India’s Independence in 1942, he was also associated with Sanyukta Maharashtra, Goa and Hyderabad freedom movement.
To cover many such important moments in the life of Shahir Sable, Pratima Kulkarni has written the script of this film to be directed by Kedar Shinde. Speaking about this film, Kedar says, “ I am working very hard on this project and would like to offer something memorable to the new generation and generations to come, so that they will know the big contribution made by my grandfather.”

You can also see how Lord Ganpati himself dances to the tune of his disciples when they are mesmerised in his honor and become one with them instantly.
Gorakshanath Waghmare has penned the lyrics for this song, while the video has been directed by Raj Sahane. Music director P. Sankaram has written the song himself and sung along with Radha Khude. Dilip Mistry has choreographed the dance number while Vikas Singh has cranked the camera. Production Manager is Shivaji (Milind) Gaikwad.
New song by Rohit Raut launched for Ganapati festival
After the success of the song ‘Aapli Yaari’, new song of Rohit Raut ‘Gajar Tujha Morya’ was launched on the occasion of Ganapati festival recently. Produced by Nikhil Namit and Prashant Nakti and directed by Sachin Kamble. With lyrics and music by Kunal – karan the song is rendered by Rohit Raut.
Speaking about this song, director Sachin Kamble says, “This song is set on the backdrop of the recent calamity of floods due to heavy downpour faced by the people of Maharashtra. I am confident that this song will be heard in every household in Maharashtra during the Ganapati festival.” Producer Prashant Nakti also feels confident that coming together of Music director duo Kunal- Karan along with Rohit Raut has created something special.
Music director duo Kunal- Karan who have their house in Konkan very well know the hardships faced by the people living there during this calamity and therefore have offered the music through their heart. Rohit Raut is also all praise for music of this song.
Poster of Marathi film ‘Sunny’ released on social media
Popular and actor turned director Hemant Dhome will be directing his new film ‘Sunny’ with Lalit Prabhakar in the lead role. Colourful Teaser Poster of this film was released on social media recently. This film is produced by Hemant Dhome and Akshay Bardapurkar of Platent Marathi and is written by Irawati karnik. This film will be released in 2022.
Speaking about this film director Hemant Dome says, “The lead character of ‘Sunny’ is very close to me, as I have lived the life of Sunny to certain extent. I am sure Lalit Prabhakar will do full justice to this role. I am also excited that for the first time I am working with Mr. Akshay Bardapurkar of Planet Marathi.” Complimenting Hemant Dhome, Akshay Bardapurkar has said , “ I am glad that I am working with two talented artistes Hemant, who has already proved his ability as a director and Lalit who is who has now become part of Planet Marathi through this film.”
Song Video of web series ‘Parees’ becomes popular on social media
Planet Marathi recently released their new web series ‘Parees’ which is set on a backdrop of a village, where people go in search of touch stone which converts Iron into Gold, as per the belief. The song ‘Goodh’ of this web series was also released simultaneously on social media, which has raised the curiosity of the audience to watch this web series on Planet Marathi’s OTT platform.
The song is penned by Niranjan Pedgaonkar who has also composed music of this song . Jaydeep Vaidya has rendered his voice for the song in which many words from local village language have been used. The song actually shows a love story happening, which has raised curiosity of the viewers. But, they will have to watch this web series to know more about their love story.
‘वन मिनिट सॉंग’ मधून ऐकायला मिळणार नाटकातली गाणी

‘सुख दुःख सारी..’ हे त्यातलच एक गाणं नुकताच प्रदर्शित झाले आहे, नाटकातील गाणे असल्यामुळे या गाण्याची लांबी जेमतेम सव्वा मिनिट असून, आई आणि मुलीची ही फ्रेश जोडी प्रेक्षकांना पहायला मिळणार आहे. या गाण्यातून निर्माती पूनम शेंडे आणि बालकलाकार सारा पालेकर प्रथमच अभिनेत्री म्हणून पदार्पण करत आहेत. हे गाणं गायिका आनंदी जोशीच्या आवाजात स्वरबद्ध झाले असून ते अक्षय संत यांनी शब्दबद्ध केले आहे. या गाण्याला स्वप्निल सावंत आणि जीवन मराठे यांनी संगीतबद्ध केलेले असून याची अरेंजमेंट सत्यजित केळकर यांनी केली आहे.
या अभिनव प्रयोगाबद्दल बोलताना दिग्दर्शक योगेश तवार म्हणाले कि “एक ते सव्वा मिनिट लांबीच्या गाण्यात स्टोरी दाखवणं हे एक आव्हान होतं पण टीमने ते अतिशय सुरेख पद्धतीने चित्रित करण्यात यश मिळवलं आणि एक छोटीशी सुंदर पटकथा चित्रित केली. ‘सुख दुःख सारी’ या गाण्याचा प्रवास खूप मजेदार होता आणि मला खात्री आहे की प्रेक्षकांनाही हे गाणं नक्की आवडेल”.

Highlight of ‘Kaali Maati’ film will be song on ‘Bail Pola’ Fest

In this film Omprakash has enacted the role of Dnyaneshwar Bodke. Lyricist Kalyan Ugale has written the song on the bull while Avinash-Vishwajeet duo have composed the number. Dr. Gauri Kavi and Priyanka Mitra have sung this song. The song with the words ‘Sun Aala Bail Polyacha’ was picturised at Khed, near Pune and has a blend of classical, lavni, folklore and lejheem. While Mayur Adkar has written the screenplay of the film, the dialogues have been penned by Anil Raut and Hemantkumar Mahale. Suresh Suvarna & Raja Phadtare have cranked the camera. Subhiraj Rajput is the editor of this film, which is slated for release shortly all over Maharashtra.

The official launch of much talked about Planet Marathi OTT app was held today in presence of Madhuri Dixit in Mumbai.
