This will be the third year, when Star Majha, which is now ABP Majha, will be felicitating the distinguished personalities from different fields like social, sports, music, literary, industry, entertainment and fashion etc. They will receive the prestigious ‘Majha Sanman Puraskar’ on 22nd June 2012, in presence of distinguished guests and celebrities.

Bharat Ratna Lata Mangeshkar will be the chief guest on the occasion, who will present the awards in ten categories. In the year 2010, it was Nana Patekar who presented the awards, while last year, Aamir Khan stole the show, when he attempted to speak in Marathi in his speech as a chief guest. Mr. Rajiv Khandekar, chief editor , ABP Majha has expressed his gratitude to all those Marathi people who have made Maharashtra proud with their achievements in their respective fields.
