Some celebrities are known for celebrating their birthdays for social cause. Popular Singer Savaniee Ravindra is also one of them.  Every year on her birthday, she does something special which is useful to others. This year on 22^nd July, her birthday in the company of special children at Sulbha Special School. It may be recalled that four years ago, Savaniee celebrated her birthday with the children suffering from Cancer in Mumbai.

Speaking about her unique way of celebrating birthday, Savaniee says, “I never believed in celebrating my birthdays by throwing away parties and accepting gifts. I always felt that on my birthday, I should bring smile on someone who really deserves  a  gift. And when I made a beginning, I continued with this practice till now. It really makes me happy too.”  Then narrating her experience of being with such children, she added, “Actually, I had come to meet these children to give them a surprise. Instead, they only surprised me, by singing songs and performing dances to welcome me. And, this turned out to be the best offering to me, to energise me till next  birthday.”
