‘Shubham Karoti Kalyanam‘ is a Sanskrik Shloka, which begins with salutation to the Light of the Lamp. It is a traditional practice to utter this shloka in Marathi schools, as a prayer before beginning their school classes. Now, set on the backdrop of little children, a new Marathi film with this name being produced by Deepa Bhalerao and directed by Shailendrasingh Rajput will be released soon.

The story of ‘Shubham Karoti Kalyanam‘ film revolves around a boy who has set his goal in life, attempting something different to fulfil his dream. He works hard for the same. Luckily, he finds good company and therefore the film will be offering a timely message to inspire the new generation.

The film stars Ashwini Ekbote, Siya Patil, Naresh Bidkar, Arvind Koli, Harinder Singh Rana along with child artistes Tejal Bhalerao, Siddhesh Lingayat, Vinay Shirsat, Tanmay Mhatre, Saniya Patil, Shravani Medhekar, Rahul Mulik, Marnovi Oak, Sujal Gaikwad and Aakash Shirsat.
