Padmini Kolhapure had a very successful career in Bollywood as a big star during 80s and 90s. For ‘Insaf Ka Taraju‘. she won the best supporting actress award in 1981, while for ‘Prem Rog‘ she won the best actress Filmfare award, which was a big achievement. Padmini made her debut in Marathi films through ‘Chimni Pakhara‘ which was a hit film and also won her many popular awards.
