Popular television artistes Chinmay Udgirkar and Suruchi Adarkar are working together for the first time in a Marathi film ‘A Fakta Tuch’ (A फक्त तूच), teaser poster of which was launched recently. The ceremony took place in presence of the artistes and technicians at Dagdusheth Ganapati temple when the blessings of the Lord were taken during the teaser launch. Produced by Jaideep Film Productions, this film is written and directed by Ranganath Baban Pachange. The film’s shooting will begin from the month of November 2021.

Teaser poster of this film is attractive with a tagline below the title indicating .. ‘karan aapla nata vegala aahe… (कारण आपलं नातं वेगळं आहे… )’ This also suggests that it will be a romantic film. Screenplay and dialogues are written by Praful S Charpe while cinematography is by Ranjit Mane and art direction by Sagar Gaikwad. Besides Chinmay and Suruchi in the lead, the other artistes of this film are, Madhuri Pawar,  Shilpa Thakre, Tejaswini Shirke, Hrushikesh Wamburkar, Geeta Nikharge . Dress design by Priyanka Dube and make up by Samir Kadam are the other credits,

The most popular Ganapati Festival in Maharashtra is just few days away. So, there is a big demand for songs on Ganapati Bappa. Swapnil Bandodkar has rendered his voice for this song on the lyrics of Sandeep Malvi and shot on newly wed couple played by popular artistes Chinmay Udgirkar and Rupali Bhosale. Chinar- Mahesh have composed music of this song video. This video shows how the newly wed couple coming for the darshan of Ganaraya in their modern day outfits are soon seen offering their prayers in traditional Maharashtrian attire for this festive occasion.

Both the films are debut films of respective directors Amar Deokar who makes his debut as writer director through ‘Mhorkya’, is also debut film of producer and artistes of this film. The film’s artistes Raman Deokar and Yashraj Karhade have also won national awards for acting , besides their film winning best children’s film National award. ‘Makeup’ which has Chinmay Udgirkar in the lead opposite Rinku, is directed by debutant Ganesh Pandit.

Now, it remains to be seen which film will attract the attention of audience at theatre windows?
