Pritam Kagne, who made her debut in Marathi films in 2013 with ‘Navra Majha Bhavra‘ has performed in a number of films since then, including the award-winning film ‘Halal‘ with National award-winning director Shivaji Loten Patil. In this film, she played the central character along with Priyadarshan Jadhav and Chinmay Mandlekar. Produced by her brother Amol Kagne, this film was screened at the Cannes Film Festival, Goa Film Festival, Pune International Film Festival and Godrej Film Festival. Pritam also acted in Bollywood feature film ’31^st October’, which was released in 2016.

Now, her latest Marathi film ‘Ahilya‘ directed by Raju Parsekar is in news. Just two days ago, Pritam received a big surprise in the form of awards received on the same day.
