First song of ‘Vishu’ released
After releasing the poster of ‘Vishu’ few days ago, now the makers of this Marathi film have released the first song of this film ‘Hi Jadoo Tujhi…’ . This romantic song is picturised on Gashmeer Mahajani and Mrunmayee Godbole. In this song we find the Gashmir dressed in casuals, dreaming all the time about his dream girl Mrunmayee while she is at work in office . This song is written by Mangesh Kangane with music provided by Hrishikesh Kamekar.
Speaking about this song, both Gashmeer and Mrunmayee said, “In this film you will find a romantic love story and the first song of this film has turned out to be a perfect song to express love through emotions. We are sharing the screen for the first time and we are sure, the audience would love our chemistry. This film produced by Babu Krushna Bhoir is written and directed by Mayur Madhukar Shinde. Besides gashmeer and Mrunmayee, the film also stars Eitasha Sanzgiri, Manasi Mohile, Milind Pathak, Vijay Nikam, Sanjay Gurbakshani and Pradnesh Dingorkar in lead roles .The film will be released on 8th April 2022.
‘Mee Mann Ani Dhruv’ releasing on Oct 1st
Aditi Deshpande, known for her brilliant roles in films like ‘Not Only Mrs.Raut’, ‘Jogwa’ and ‘MaayBaap’, makes her directorial debut with the film ‘Mee Mann Ani Dhruv’ releasing on Oct 1.
The story is by Ranjit aka Mahendra Agashe, a hospitality industry executive, who makes his debut in the film as a journalist married to a career minded wife played by Ketaki Thatte who after their son Dhruvv (Dhruvv) is three years old wants to return back to a job but has to face stiff opposition from her conservative husband, who wants his wife to be a complete homemaker.
Ultimately, it leads to a divorce with legal battle and the rest of the film is based on these divorce proceedings. The director and the writer want to highlight the present syndrome of high divorce rates in nuclear families, especially in metro cities. Satish Pulekar too plays an important role.
The film has two songs composed by Hrishikesh Kamerkar, who has also sung the songs which will be in the background soundtrack. The DOP is veteran Chandrashekar Ayyer. The lyrics are by Ashok Bagwe and dialogues by Amol Shetge. The editor is Amit Pawar and art direction by Sunil More. The film is produced by Aditi’s mother Sarita Moulgand.
