Special show of ‘Kaljayee Savarkar’ held at Raj Bhavan
Special Preview show of Marathi short film ‘Kaljayee Savarkar,’ was held in Jalvihar Auditorium, Raj Bhavan in presence of Governor of Maharashtra Mr. Bhagat Singh Koshyari. On this occasion, President of Bharatiya Vichar Darshan Mr. Sushrut Chitale welcomed the Governor. Also present on this occasion were dignitaries like Vidhan Sabha President Mr. Rahul Narvekar, MLA’s Mangal Prabhat Lodha, Praveen Darekar, Mr. Ramesh Patange, Kiran Shelar, Deepak Karambelkar and others.
Actor Saurabh Ggokhale as Veer Savarkar
All the invitees who appreciated this film were of the view that this film not only presented the biography of Veer Savarkar but also helped reach out his thinking process to the audience. Governor Mr. Koshyari called it an inspiring film which presented the all important aspects in the life of Veer Savarkar. The invitees also complimented the lead artistes of this film Mr. Manoj Joshi, Tejas Barve and Saurabh Gokhale, who were present for the show. This film is directed by renowned ad film maker Gopi Kukade with creative direction by Vinod Pawar.
Saurabh Gokhale to play Swatantryaveer Savarkar
Versatile stage, television and film actor Saurabh Gokhale will play the lead role of Swatantryaveer Vinayak Damodar Savarkar in the much talked about Marathi short film ‘Kaljayee Savarkar’ which is due for release soon. Another important role of Hindustan the country and also the narrator will be portrayed by veteran actor Manoj Joshi. This film will be released in different parts of Maharashtra soon.
