Marathi Suspense filled film ‘Rukhwat’ to release on Dec 27th
The makers of forthcoming suspense filled Marathi film ‘Rukhwat’ have made the latest announcement during a press conference that their film will now be released in theatres on 27th December, instead of 13th December, as announced earlier. Lead artistes Santosh Juvekar and Priyadarshini Indalkar were present on this occasion.
Speaking at the press conference, lead actor Santosh Juvekar and actress Priyadarshini Indalkar said, “Rukhwat is a traditional Maharashtrian ritual that showcased the skills of the bride during the olden days. Over the years, they had been missing out on weddings. It’s a small attempt to revive the traditions that are an integral part of our society through suspense thrillers.”
Actress Priyadarshini Indalkar added, “In this film, the relationship of a couple will be seen as a bond of seven births. “Rukhwat will play an important role in telling the story of two heroes filled with suspense, thrill and traditional values.”
Presented by Sushil Kumar Agarwal and Ultra Media Entertainment Group and produced by Rabri Entertainment. Brinda Agarwal is also a producer and as an entrepreneur, she has always promoted innovation in the field of entertainment and culture. Their visual and product quality will be reflected in ‘Rukhwat’. The film has been directed by renowned director Vikram Pradhan and has given the audience a variety of unique experiences through his story and cinematography.
Ultra Jhakaas OTT offer Combo of Crime & Comedy
During the last week of May 2024, Ultra Jhakaas Marathi OTT platform are offering a combo of Crime and Horror for their viewers. Abhyuham ( Sambhram) is a Crime and Suspense filled South Film dubbed in Marathi and the other will be a hilarious Hollywood comedy ‘Tiger Robbers’( Choricha Mamla’ also dubbed in Marathi .
The Crime thriller ‘Sambhram’ revolves around Jayant, who after coming to know that his father has been falsely implicated in a case, tries to find the evidences to get him released from jail. The other film ‘Choricha Mamla’ shows the efforts of a woman who hires an agency to search her pet tigress who has been kidnapped. According to Mr. Sushilkumar Agrawal CEO of Ultra Media & entertainment, both these films will be well accepted by the viewers of Ultra Jhakaas OTT.
Dubbed South Film ‘Jailer’ to be premiered on Ultra Jhakaas Marathi
Based on reforming the criminals in Jail, South Indian Film ‘Jailer’ which is dubbed in Marathi, will now be premiered on Ultra Jhakaas Marathi OTT platform on 19th April 2024. Jailer Shantaram submits a proposal to the Government by selecting five criminals undergoing Jail sentence and taking them to a remote place and make them work as farmers to make that place green.
The Government accepts this unusual proposal on a condition that if these criminals commit a crime during this period, the Jailer will be required to resign from his job and will be sentenced to jail. The Kailer accepts this challenge . Now, whether the Jailer succeeds in his plan, the audience will come to know, after watching this film. But, one thing is sure that story of this film reminds us of V.Shantaram’s hit film of yesteryears ‘Do Ankhen Barah Haath’.
‘Readymix’ and ‘Jai Swachhamev Jayate’ to release on Ultra Jhakaas
Two popular Marathi films ‘Readymix’ and ‘Jai Satyamev Jayate’ are returning for release, this time Marathi on OTT platform Ultra Jhakaas, from 18th March 2024.
