World Digital Premiere of ‘Yek Number’ on 8th November
The much talked about Marathi film ‘Yek Number’ produced by Tejaswini Pandit and Varda Nadiadwala and directed by Rajesh Mapuskar, which was released in theatres last month; will now be released on Zee 5 digital media on 8th November 2024. Revolving around a dashing youth Pratap, who wants to start his career in Politics. Pratap receives a challenge from Pinky his girlfriend since childhood, who is a great admirer of dynamic politician Mr. Raj Thackeray to their village.
Accepting the challenge of his girlfriend and moves to Mumbai to meet Mr. Thackeray. How he gets trapped into a problem and how he tries to prove himself not guilty, is what the story of this film is all about. This film stars Dhairya Gholap and Sayali Patil in lead roles along with a big team of versatile artistes. Director Rajesh Mapuskar feels that with this digital premiere on Zee 5 the home viewers will get an opportunity to watch this action and emotion filled entertaining film, sitting at home.
Grand Trailer launch of ‘Yek Number’ in presence of celebrities
The trailer of forthcoming much awaited Marathi film ‘Yek Number’ was unveiled in Mumbai in a grand way, in presence of celebrities like Aamir Khan, Ashutosh Gowarikar, Rajkumar Hirani, Sajid Nadiadwala & Abhijat Joshi. And they all came on an invitation from Mr. Raj Thackeray, who was personally present on this occasion, to thank each one of them.
The trailer of this film was full of action with more focus on sound, screenplay dialogues and music to keep the audience engaged to their seats. Music directors of the film Ajay- Atul were also present along with director of the film Rajesh Mapuskar, producers Tejaswini Pandit, Varda Nadiadwala and representatives of presenters of the film Zee Talkies.
When programme anchor Girija Oak questioned each one of the invitees, they all spoke good about this film. Aamir khan wished the team a grand success and expected this film to go worldwide. Mr. Raj Thackeray, as usual entertained the audience with his humour filled speech. He specially thanked Ashutosh Gowarikar and Rajkumar Hirani for their valuable guidance and thanked director Rajesh Mapuskar for successfully completing this film as desired by him. He also appreciated the efforts of Tejaswinini Pandit and lead actor Dhairya Gholap for presenting an unusual story of this film.
The film stars Dhairya Gholap, Sayali Patil, in lead roles along with other popular artistes and revolves around a dynamic youngster who is inspired by the leadership of Mr. Raj Thackeray. He promises his beloved to bring this leader to his village and moves to Mumbai to fulfil his promise. Whether, he succeeds in his mission and whether Mr. Raj Thackeray will be seen in this film, will however be known only on the release date of this film, i.e. 10th October 2024. But, one thing is sure that this film has invited the attention of all Marathi film lovers, as it has a timely message “Mee Maharashtracha, Maharashtra Majha”
Teaser of ‘Yek Number’ keeps audience guessing
Teaser of much talked about forthcoming big banner Marathi film ‘Yek Number’ has been released. And it has kept the audience guessing, about the subject of this film.
The teaser begins with a political meeting, where the speaker says, “To all my Hindu brothers, sisters, and mothers gathered.” Hearing this, the strong voices of the people from Maharashtra are seen responding enthusiastically. The next moment, riots and fights are seen, and the faint voice of Thackeray Saheb is heard. So, what do you gather from this teaser? Is it a biography on Balasaheb or inspiration received from his leadership?
‘Yek Number’ is being presented by Zee Studios and Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, produced by Sahyadri Films and is directed by Rajesh Mapuskar. This film, which will be released on 10th October 2024, has music by Ajay- Atul. Speaking about this film director Rajesh Mapuskar says, “When I heard the story of this film, I thought this is the best opportunity for me to present it in my own way. Now, I am curious to know, how the audience will accept my presentation.”
