‘Boyz ‘ ’will be the first Marathi film in four parts
After the success of ‘Boyz 1, 2, 3 series and their grand success, the makers of these films are now all set to release their ‘Boyz-4’ and this film will be released on 20th October 2023. The poster of ‘Boyz-4’ has been released on social media clearly stating ‘Aapan Yenaar tar dhamaka honaar’( We are coming to create a buzz) .Made under the banner of Supreme Motion Pictures and Everest entertainment, presented by Avadhoot Gupte, this film is directed by Vishal Sakharam Deorukhkar.
This film’s script is written by Hrishikesh Koli and this is the first film in Marathi which has been made in four parts. Earlier all three parts of ‘Boyz’ have achieved success at box office and trio of characters comprising of Dhairya , Dhungya and Kabir had become very popular . Now, it remains to be seen how they will be entertaining their fans. According to the director, the previous three parts had offered surprise and therefore the part 4 is also set to offer another surprise.
‘Dhondi Champya’ music launched
The music of much talked about Marathi film ‘Dhondi Champya – Ek Prem Katha’ was launched recently in presence of Bharat jadhav, Vaibhav mangle, Nikhil Chavan and the entire team of this film. Speaking about the songs in this film, director Dnyanesh Bhalekar says, “ Every song in this film has its own style and tries to express the feelings. I am sure the audience will enjoy these songs.”
There are total three songs in this film. The humour filled song ‘Swagwala Reda..’ is rendered by Avadhoot Gupte, Vaishali samant and Saurabh Shete and is penned by Ganesh Nigade. ‘Halke halke Reshami…’ is a romantic song written by Guru Thakur and rendered by Saurabh Shete and Sana Moidutti and the third song written by Mandar Cholkar is also rendered by Saurabh and Sana. All the three songs are composed by music directors Saurabh- Durgesh. Choreography is by Sujit Kumar and Siddhesh Dalvi. This film is all set to release on 16th December 2022.
‘Boyz 4′ announced at the success party of ‘Boyz 3′
Makers of ‘Boyz 3′ recently celebrated success of their film in Mumbai in presence of team of this film along with invitees and media persons. The film has earned crores of rupees at Box office clearly indicating the popularity of the lead characters of this film comprising of Dhungya, Dhairya and Kabir. And this time, they received the support of the character Kirti.
Speaking on this occasion, director Vishal Devrukhkar made an important announcement of ‘Boyz 4′. He attributed the success of this film to the entire team. “Besides those whom you have seen on the screen, there are many others behind the screen, who have also worked hard to bring success to this film. And above all, I thank the audience, who form a big share behind the success of this film.”

Grand Musical Entertainment Event of ‘Boyz 3′ in Pune
After releasing trailer of ‘Boyz 3′, the makers of this film had organised a grand entertaining musical event of this film in Pune recently. Having popularised the music of ‘Boyz 2′ the makers of ‘Boyz 3’ played the music of ‘Lagnalu 2.0’ along with other songs. Thousands of audience were witness to this gala event attended by singer Avadhoot Gupte and many dance performers.
Speaking about the music of ‘Boyz-3’, Avadhoot Gupte said that like ‘Boyz’ and ‘Boyz-2’ the music of ‘Boyz-3’ is also expected to popularize. ‘Sur Nava Dhyas Nava’ Grand premiere on Sunday July 24th @ 7 pm.
Popular Marathi reality music show ‘Sur Nava Dhyas Nava’ with a tagline – Parva Ganyache Marathi Banyache, is all set to begin its 5th season from 24th July 2022 on Colors Marathi channel @ 7 pm. In this season, shortlisted 16 participants not only from Maharashtra but from places like Singapore, Nepal, Indore, Bhopal and Delhi in the age group of 15 to 35 years age group will be taking part. Their selection has been made from among five thousand competitors.
After the inaugural episode on Sunday 24th July @ 7pm, the subsequent episodes on every Saturday/ Sunday will be telecast @ 9.30 pm prime time. Hihhlight of this programme is that only Marathi songs will be presented in this programme. Not only as Judges, but also in the role of producers, Avadhoot Gupte and Mahesh Kale will be contributing to this musical programme.

Dhairya, Dhungya and Kabir return with ‘Boyz 3′
Sometimes, characters of a particular film create so much of impact that their character names become more popular than the actors playing these roles. Dhaairya, Dhungya and Kabir are popular characters from super hit Marathi film ‘Boyz’ , which was released five years ago. They made their presence felt in ‘Boyz 2′ which was released a year later. Both these films had done very good business at the Box office. And now, Dhaairya, Dhungya and Kabir are returning after four long years to entertain their fans via forthcoming Marathi film ‘Boyz 3′.

This song has been included in ‘Faas’ on the occasion of Shiva Jayanti. This song which starts by saying ‘Ji Ji Ra Ji Ji …’ is describing the birth of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The song is written by lyricist Amol Deshmukh and composer Alan K. P. and has been recorded by singers Avdhoot Gupte & Sheikh Nishant. Listening to the title of this song, ‘Shivnerivar Shivshakticha Tej Janmala Aaj…’ is memorable.
In this song, Maharaj’s Saffron flag is seen fluttering by Doula, but the beautiful idol of Shivaraya also attracts attention. This song has been filmed on prominent artist Kamlesh Sawant. ‘Faas’, which has garnered more than 130 awards from critics and connoisseurs all over the world, will be released in cinemas on February 4, 2022. The film will give a new perspective on farmers and their way of life. In addition to Cannes, Japan and Paris, as well as in important cities like Rajasthan and Noida, ‘Faas’ has been highly praised. Ramani Ranjan Das is the cinematographer of the film, while Apoorva Motiwale and Ashish Mhatre are the editors. Art direction has been handled by Santosh Samudre.
Sayli Kamble makes her debut as a singer through ‘Kolhapur Diaries’
Indian Idol Season 12 finalist Sayli Kamble will be making her debut as singer in Marathi films through Joe Rajan’s film ‘Kolhapur Diaries‘ Highly impressed by her melodious voice film maker Jo Rajan had signed her for his film ‘Kolhapur Diaries’ and has recorded her song on the music of Avadhoot Gupte. Sayli got this opportunity to sing this romantic duet along with popular Marathi singer Swapnil Bandodkar.
Speaking about Sayli, Film maker Joe Rajan said, “Sayli has magic in her voice. I was following her journey in Idian Idol programme and I am privileged to offer her this opportunity through my film.” Reacting to her latest achievement Sayli said, “It is unbelievable! ‘Chhatrapati Tararani’ to present the brave warrior princess of Maratha Empire
Chhatrapati Maharani Tararani Bhosale played an important role as a brave warrior princess in Maharashtra’s history, to carry forward the dream of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj about India’s independence movement. Wife of Chhatrapati Rajaram Bhosale and daughter of Hambirrao Mohite ,the chief military commander of Shivaji Maharaj army, Mahararani Tarabai proved herself as not only an ideal mother, wife and daughter in law; but also as an efficient administrator while countering the Mughals. As the regent, she had taken charge of the war against Aurangzeb’s forces.
Now, a Marathi film on the life of Maharani Tarabai, suitably titled ‘Chhatrapati Tararani’ has been announced, which is based on her biography ‘Moghulmardini Mahararani tarabai’ penned by Dr. Jaisinghrao Pawar. To be directed by Rahul Janardan Jadhav, the film stars Sonalee in the title role. The screenplay and dialogues of this film are written by Dr. Sudhir Nikam, while Avadhoot Gupte will provide the music for this film. The shooting of this film will begin soon.
‘Hero Sarpanch’ song brings Avadhoot and Aadarsh together
During the long period of lockdown due to spread of Corona virus, many people came forward to work as corona warriors. In this service the Sarpanch and Deputy Sarpanch of many villages in Maharashtra also played an important role to fight this battle with corona. Some of the ex- Sarpanch also contributed for this cause. To pay tributes to their work during this crucial period, The Maharashtra Rajya Sarpanch Parishad have presented a song which is penned by none other than the president of this Parishad Mr. Navnath Kakade.
The song titled ‘Hero Sarpanch’ is a western style song which has the wordings ‘Aamcha Sarpanch Hero la Padlay Bhari..’ . The song praises the role of Sarpanch in this fight against corona . Recently, the leader of Opposition in Maharashtra Vidhan Parishad Mr. Praveen Darekar released this song in a ceremony in Mumbai. This song is composed by Avadhoot Gupte and for the first time Avadhoot Gupte and Aadarsh Shinde have rendered their voices together for this song. Cinematography is by Prathamesh Rangole.
