छंद प्रितीचा चित्रपटात दिसणार सुबोध भावे एका नवीन भूमिकेत
अभिनेता सुबोध भावे ह्याला आपण ‘कटयार काळजात घुसली‘, ‘हृदयांतर‘, ‘तुला कळणार नाही‘ अशा विविध प्रकारच्या दमदार चित्रपटांतून आपल्याला अभिनयाचे वेग वेगळे पैलू पाहावयाला मिळालेत. सध्या मराठी चित्रपटसृष्टीतील एक आघाडीचे व्यक्तिमत्त्व म्हणून ओळखले जाते. लवकरच ‘प्रेमला पिक्चर्स’ निर्मित ‘छंद प्रितीचा’ ह्या येत्या १० नोव्हेंबरला संपूर्ण महाराष्ट्रात प्रदर्शित होणाऱ्या आगामी चित्रपटात आणखीन एका नवीन भूमिकेत प्रेक्षकांसमोर येणार आहे.
महाराष्ट्राच्या संस्कृतीचा एक अविभाज्य भाग असलेल्या नृत्यशैलीवर आधारित ‘छंद प्रितीचा‘ हा आगामी सिनेमा लवकरचं आपल्या भेटीस येणार आहे. तमाशातील तन मन आणि धन ओतून वावरणार्या प्रत्येक मनस्वी कलाकाराच्या जीवनाचा वेध घेणारा हा चित्रपट… आजवर आपल्या वेगवेगळ्या भूमिकांमधून विशेषत: चरित्रात्मक भूमिकांमधून आपल्या अभिनयाची छाप पाडणारे सुबोध भावे या चित्रपटातून ‘राजाराम’ नामक एका ढोलकी वादकाच्या आगळ्यावेगळ्या भूमिकेत आढळून येणार आहेत.
निर्माते चंद्रकांत जाधव यांच्या ‘प्रेमला पिक्चर्स’ निर्मित ‘छंद प्रितीचा‘ चित्रपटाचे लेखन आणि दिग्दर्शन एन. रेळेकर यांनी केले असून छायाचित्रदिग्दर्शन जितेंद्र आचरेकर यांचे आहे तर संगीत दिग्दर्शन प्रविण कुंवर यांनी केलेले आहे.
Has Mrunal Dusanis said good bye to acting ?
Replacement of characters in the TV serials is very common these days. But, when the main character is replaced, it certainly creates confusion among the regular TV viewers. Last month we saw disappearance of Mrunal Dusanis from the ongoing popular TV serial ‘Assa Sasar Surekh Bai‘ on Colors channel. Her character of Jui is now played by Sayali Patil, but her regular admirers are finding it difficult to watch this serial without Mrunal.
We find hundreds of messages pouring in from her fans on her social networking page. They have all expressed that they are missing her the most. Undoubtedly, Mrunal Dusanis has been the most popular television actress and besides her performance in ongoing TV serial ‘Assa Sasar Surekh Bai’ , she had won the hearts of millions of home viewers, with her past performances in serials like ‘Majhiya Priyala Preet Kalena ‘ and ‘Tu Tithe Mee‘.
Mrunal herself has not replied to their comments. Instead, she has been displaying her photos with her husband, who lives in USA and also sharing some videos of ‘Chala hava Yeu Dya‘ comedy show, which seems to be her favourite programme.
It may be recalled that after her marriage, there were already talks going on that Mrunal would soon join her husband; but, everyone felt that she would do so after the end of this serial. However, there seems to be no possibility of this serial coming to an end so soon. Finally, we saw Mrunal herself saying ‘Good Bye’ to this serial. Does that mean that she has said ‘Good Bye’ to acting? Or she has taken a break ? Only Mrunal can answer this question. Speak up… Mrunal. Your fans are eagerly waiting for your decision.
Music of award winning film ‘Halal’ launched in Mumbai
Forthcoming Marathi film ‘Halal‘ produced by Laxman Kagne & Amol Kagne and directed by National award winning director Shivaji Lotan Patil has already created a buzz before its official release, having won various awards. Recently, the music of this film was launched in Mumbai in presence of artistes and technical team of the film. The film’s story is based on Rajan Khan’s story ‘Halaala’ and highlights the social problems of Muslim women in today’s changing world. The film is due for release on 6th October 2017.
Speaking on the occasion director Shivaji Lotan Patil said that he was fortunate to get an opportunity to handle such an important social issue through ‘Halal‘ film. It may be recalled that Mr.Patil had made his debut as director through the film ‘Dhag‘ which won him national award. The film has two meaningful songs penned by Subodh Pawar and Sayyed Akhtar , with music provided by Vijay Gatlewar. The film stars Chinmay Mandlekar, Pritam Kagne, Priyadarshan Jadhav, Vijay Chavan, Chhaya Kadam, Sanjay Sugaonkar, Amol Kagne & Vimal Mhatre. Cinematography by Ramani Ranjandas and editing by Nilesh Gawand are other credits.
‘Baapjanma’ Trailer unveiled in presence of artistes
A very committed Marathi stage artiste from Pune, Nipun Dharmadhikari began his acting career in 2003, when he was in college. Later , he set up his own ‘Natak Company‘ with self funding and produced stage plays, without the intention of making profits. After writing screenplay for the Bollywood film ‘Nautanki Saala‘ in 2003 , he is now making his debut as a director through forthcoming Marathi film ‘Baapjanma‘. Trailer of this film was unveiled in Mumbai recently, in the presence of Actors Sachin Khedekar, Sharvari Lohokare, Satyajeet Patvardhan, & Director Nipun Dharmadhikari. ‘Baapjanma‘, which is presented by Everest Entertainment and produced by Sumatilal Shah and Sixteen by Sixty Four Productions, is set for release all over Maharashtra on 29th September 2017.
Speaking on the occasion, lead actor of this film Sachin Khedekar said “Baapjanma, a term often used by Marathi folks, has already aroused curiosity, thanks to Nipun’s debut role as a Director of this film. The best part of the film’s script is its sensitivity.” Nipun Dharmadhikari, who has written the Story, Script and Screenplay of this film, said “For me it has been a privilege and a honor to work with a towering personality like Sachin Khedekar and his sheer presence on the sets has been an encouraging factor for our team.”

Two more films ‘Vitthala Shappath’ & ‘Ubuntu’ to release on 15th Sept
After watching the simultaneous release of two Marathi films ‘Tula Kalnnaar Nahi‘ and ‘Boyz‘ last Friday, now two more Marathi films ‘Vitthala Shappath‘ & ‘Ubuntu‘ have lined up for release coming Friday 15th September 2017. Guru Darshan Movies and Pahel Productions L.L.P. have produced the film ‘Vitthala Shappath‘. This film underlines the emotional attachment of the devotees with Lord Vitthal. The story of this film unfolds through the relationship of a father and son. Written and directed by Chandrakant Pawar, ‘Vitthala Shapath‘ film presents a new pair Vijay Sairaj and Krutika Gaikwad.The other artistes of this film are, Mangesh Desai, Anuradha Rajadyaksha, Uday Sabnis, Vidhyadar Joshi, Sanjay Khapre, Anshuman Vichare, Ketan Pawar, Vijay Nikam, Pranav Raorane and Rajesh Bhosale.
Another film ‘Ubuntu‘, which is a rural school based film is written produced and directed by Pushkar Shrotri and has already won the best Film award at Sangli International film festival, few months ago. Trailer of ‘Ubuntu’ film was also released in theatres this week and it stars Sarang Sathe, Shashank Shende, Umesh Jagtap, Bhagyashree Shankpal and others. This film is produced by Fable Factory and presented by Swaroop Recreation and Media Pvt.Ltd.
Dr. Bharat Balwally & Suresh Wadkar to perform live on 16th September
Renowned singer Pandit Sureh Wadkar has always impressed the classical music lovers with his mesmerizing songs in the past, through his songs in the films and also with his live performances. Now, Pandit Suresh Wadkar will offering a double treat to music lovers in Pune, as he will be perform along with another talented classical singer Dr.Bharat Balawally live, at Pune’s Balgandharva Rangmandir on 16th September 2017 at 7 pm. And the occasion is 83rd Foundation day of Bank Of Maharashtra.
Both these renowned singers , who are performing together for the first time, will be singing classical songs, Ghazals, and film songs to entertain the audience. Kamlesh Bhadkamkar will be providing music for this programme, while other singers like Shruti Bhave, Sagar Sathe, Ninad Mulavkar, Madhav Pawar, Makarand Kundale, Vinayak Netke will also perform in this programme. Many prominent personalities will be attending this event titled ‘Swaryadnya’ . During this programme, the hosts will be offering financial help to the relatives of some brave Indian soldiers, who lost their lives, while fighting for security of our country.
Two Marathi films released this Friday at box-office
The first film is ‘Tula Kalnnaar Nahi‘ is in the form of love story which is a big banner film presented by Actor turned producer Swwapnil Joshi and others and directed by Swapna Waghmare Joshi. This film is produced by three companies together and stars Subodh Bhave and Sonalee Kulkarni in the lead. The big news is that the makers of this film have also organised a grand premiere show of this film at PVR Icon, Versova on the first day of its release, in presence of Marathi and Hindi film fraternity. Some of the seats have also been reserved for lucky members of a Cultural club.
And the second Marathi film ‘Boyz‘ presented by Singer / Music director turned film maker Avadhoot Gupte and directed by Vishal Deorukhkar, this film is all about the teenagers besides some veteran artistes in it. With the presence of Sunny Leone in special appearance, the film is banking more on the songs composed by Avadhoot Gupte. So, it remains to be seen, which Marathi film would succeed in inviting maximum audience to the cinema halls.
Marathi film ‘Krutant’ launched with song recording
Now days, we are noticing a big change in Marathi films, especially the presentation part with new subjects. And, they are receiving good response from sensible film lovers. Now, debutant Producer Mihir Shah and writer- director Datta Bhandare are also promising one such new subject, through their so called path breaking film ‘Krutant‘.
Recently, this film was launched with song recording in the voice of singer Hrishikesh Ranade on the music of Vijay Gawande at Ajivasan Studios, Juhu, Mumbai. On this occasion, besides the singer and music director, artistes and technical members of the film were also present.
Till now, four main artistes of ‘Krutant‘ film have been finalised and they are, Sandeep Kulkarni, Suyog Gorhe, Vidya Karanjikar & Sayali Patil. The shooting of this film will begin shortly.
Singer Kailash Kher all praise for Marathi literature and music
After creating his magic in Bollywood and some of the south films and having won several awards, popular singer Kailash Kher recently rendered a song for an untitled Marathi film, on the music of Mangesh Dhakde. It so happened that Mangesh Dhakde and director of the film Milind Shinde were in search of a singer suitable for the song, for which music was already composed. And, they could not find anyone better than Kailash Kher for that song.
Kailash Kher too enjoyed singing this Marathi song, as he came all prepared for the recording. After a long time, Kailash is singing for a Marathi film. But, he was all praise for Marathi literature and music , which according to him has always been touching the heart of the audience. he also praised the Marathi film makers for carrying forward this tradition of Marathi films, which focused on good scripts and music. This Marathi film is set on the backdrop of Athletics and is being produced by Radhe Motion Films.
Many Marathi artistes are part of film forthcoming Hindi film ‘Daddy’
Marathi artistes playing important characters in Hindi film is not new to Hindi film viewers. In the past, Many Marathi artistes like Lalita Pawar, Sulochana, Dr.Shreeram Lagoo, Vikram Gokhale, Ramesh Deo, Seema Deo, Smita Patil , Nana Patekar, Amol Palekar, Ashok Saraf, Laxmikant Berde, Reema Lagoo, Sachin Pilgaonkar, Mahesh Kothare, Varsha Usgaonkar, Mahesh Manjrekar and many many others have earned respect in Hindi film industry, besides working simultaneously in Marathi films. Now, the tradition is being carried forward by some of our talented artistes from Marathi film industry, whom we notice in Hindi films in prominent roles.
Now, Producer Arjun Rampal and director Ashim Ahluwalia have also opted for talented Marathi artistes, to play important characters in the forthcoming Hindi film ‘Daddy‘ which is all set to release on 8th September 2017. Actor turned director Nishikant Kamat will be seen in the role of Police Officer Vijaykar, while Marathi film hero Rajesh Shringarpure is playing an important character of Rama Naik in this film. Award winning Marathi actress Usha Naik will be playing lead Character’s mother, while other Marathi artistes like Anand Ingale, Shrikant Yadav, Purnanad Wandekar, Deepak Damle and Vijay Sanap are also playing prominent roles in ‘Daddy‘ film. Above all, another award winning actress Veena Jamkar has dubbed for the lead actress in this film.
