Swapnil and Girija are popular names in Marathi film industry. But now, newcomers Swapnil Kale and Girija Prabhu are also joining this Marathi film industry through their debut film ‘Kay Zala Kalana‘ , which is all set to release on 20^th July 2018. Produced by Pankaj Gupta under the banner of Shree Dhanalaxmi Productions this film based on a love story is directed by Suchita Shabbir. According to the director, the story of ‘Kay Zala Kalana‘ film demanded young collegians and the new lead pair perfectly suited in their requirement. They are playing the characters of Sharya and Pallavi in this film.

Director Suchita has herself written the story of this film, with screenplay written by Kiran Kulkarni and Pallavi karkera. The dialogues are also penned by Suchita along with Rahul More. Besides Swapnil and Girija, the film also stars Arun Nalwade, Sanjay Khapre, Vandana vaknis, Kalpana Jagtap, Shraddha Surve, Hemali karekar, Suyash Jhunjharke, Ravi Phaltankar in supporting lead roles. With prominent singers having rendered the songs in this film, the music is provided by Pankaj Padghan. Editing by Rajesh Rao and cinematography by Suresh Deshmane are the other credits.
