Dada Kondke will always be remembered for the Kind of humour he brought into Marathi film industry, with his perfect timing for comedy in almost each and every film he performed right from the days of ‘Songadya‘ in 1971 till ‘Vajavu Ka‘ in 1995. For 25 years he offered entertainment to his fans in Marathi as well as Hindi. In every entertainment programme of awards function, Dada is remembered through performance on his songs.

Now, almost twenty years have passed since the legendary comedian left this world. Born on 8th August, today is his birth anniversary and had he been alive, he would have celebrated his 85^th birthday today. But, today very few celebrities from the Marathi film industry remember him on his birthday. Among those very few artistes is well Known stage, television and film actor Kiran Mane.
