‘Lullaby’ of Chhatrapati Shivaji’s era released on Rajashree Marathi
We are all aware of the importance of ‘lullaby’ during the era of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Those days, all Mothers used to sing ‘lullaby’ for their little babies, to encourage them to be part of the force fighting for self government of Independent India. Do Re – Do productions have produced one such video of ‘lullaby’ to take us all down memory lane into the history. The inspiration has obviously come from the Rajamata Jijaoo and the way she encouraged her son Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj to fight for self government.
In this lullaby actress Prajakta Mali plays the inspiring and strict mother , on whom this lullaby has been pictured, while her little son is played by Harak Bharatiya. This period lullaby has been written and directed by Anagha Kakade, while Nupura Niphadkar has rendered this lullaby in her voice, besides composing music. Cinematography is by Ashwin Nambiar while editing is by Vajang Aafale. Costumes are designed by Harshita Atre and Shreya Daflapurkar for this seven and half minute video.
