‘Email Female’ to release on 26th February
Produced by Shailesh Kote, Manish Patel, Swapnil Vengurlekar, presented by S.M. Balaji Films Productions and directed by Yogesh Jadhav, forthcoming Marathi film ‘Email Female’ is all set to release next month on 26th February 2021. Announcement to this effect has been officially made by the makers with the release of film’s poster.
Social media is playing a very important role today in the lives of people, whether young or old. The film presents the story of one such middle class person Shantanu who falls a victim to social media. According to the makers of this film, they have tried to show both good and bad things about the social media. In short, there will be a lot of entertainment, according to them. And therefore, they have called it a ‘bold- cold family comedy’, which will make you shiver also in summer’. This is what they have highlighted on the poster of this film.
The film stars Nikhil Ratnaparkhi along with Vikram Gokhale, Vijay Patkar, Deepti Bhagwat, Kanchan Pagare, Sunil Godbole, Kamalesh Sawant, Pratiksha Jadhav, Shweta Pardeshi and child artiste Maithili Patwardhan. Music by Shravan Rathod and Abhijit Narvekar and cinematography by Mayuresh Joshi are other credits of this film
Nikhil Ratnaparkhi raises curiosity about his eMail
Having performed variety of prominent roles including lead role in many films, actor Nikhil Ratnaparkhi will soon be seen in a lead role through forthcoming Marathi film ‘EMail Female’ which is all set for release on 20th March 2020. With the release of this film the curtain will also be raised on the e mail received by him, which is the base of the film’s story.
Speaking about his film Nikhil says, “Today’s generation is very much dependent on social media like e mail, Facebook, whats app to stay connected with each other. And a lot of personal information gets viral. So, as there are advantages of this media, there are disadvantages too, which may land a person into trouble.”
In this film along with Nikhil Ratnaparakhi, there are versatile artistes like Vikram Gokhale, Dipti Bhagwat, Kanchan Pagare, Prajakta Shinde, Sunil Godbole, Kamlesh Sawant, Pratiksha Jadhav, Shweta Pardeshi and child artiste Maithili Patwardhan in prominent roles.
Music of this film is by Shravankar Rathod and Abhijit narvekar while cinematography is by Mayuresh Joshi.
First look of ‘Sangharsh Yatra’ promises a realistic biopic
Biopics of famous personalities from Maharashtra, have always received good response from Marathi film lovers. Best examples are films like ‘Dr.Prakash Baba Amte‘ & ‘Lokmanya‘. Actually, much depends on the research and hard work put in by the film maker, to present the important happenings in the lives of such people, in a realistic way. But, what is more important is the selection of artistes, as they should be acceptable by the audience.
Till now, we were not aware, as to how the lead actor Sharad Kelkar looks, while portraying the character of late Gopinath Munde. But, with the unveiling of the first look of ‘Sangharsh Yatra‘, we are all convinced that the prosthetic make up done by Mr. Pradeep Premgirikar for actor Sharad Kelkar, does make him look like the late dynamic leader of Maharashtra. Sharad has not only resembled him, with this special make up on his face, but he has also convincingly used the body language and style of the dialogue delivery of the leader.
We also had the glimpse of other important characters played by Shruti Marathe & Dipti Bhagwat, in this first look and they too are expected to give their best. Speaking about the delay in releasing this film, after announcement of its scheduled release, last month, the makers of the film, have jokingly put it, “ Mr. Munde was always in a habit of arriving late, for functions and meetings. Therefore, we felt that his film should also be released behind scheduled date.”
But, the day they have selected for release now, is 19th February 2016; which also happens to be the release date of four other films, namely, ‘Mr. & Mrs. Sadachari’, ‘Vighnaharta Mahaganapati’, ‘Ek Hotee Rani’ & ‘7 Roshan Villa’. And, all of them are different types of films. So, we will have to wait and see, which film will be ahead in the race?
