Popular artistes Prasad Oak and Amruta Khanvilkar have been conferred with Fakt Marathi Cine sanman recently by the Fakta Marathi Entertainment Channel. Both these artistes were nominated along with other versatile artistes in the Best actor and Best actress category, but both of them have emerged winners, when their names were announced at a Special ceremony held at The Club, Andheri. Prasad received the honours for his performance in the film ‘Dharmaveer’, while Amruta received the same for her performance in the film ‘Chandramukhi’.

Film ‘Dharmaveer’ also won two more awards for Best film and best direction ( Praveen Tarde). Renowned Make Up man Vidyadhar Bhatte was felicitated on this occasion for his contribution in this field. Music director duo Ajay Atul, Veteran Actor Ashok Saraf was conferred with Special award and popular actress Sonalee Kulkarni was presented with Vicco Popular Face of the Year award. This being the first year of Fakta Sanmaan, there were entertaining presentations, including dance performances by Sonalee Kulkarni, Kishori Shahane and Varsha Usgaonkar. The telecast of this programme will take place on Fakta Marathi channel soon.

Due to lockdown, the telecast of Kitchen Recipe programme ‘Angat Pangat’ on Fakta Marathi was postponed during the past few months. Now, this programme will be aired from 17^th May 2021 Monday to Friday at 2 pm on this channel. Highlight of this programme is that three different recipes will be presented which will be based on one main ingredient.

 The first section will comprise of our own desi , the second will be on mixed fusion recipe and the third will be foreign recipe. This Kitchen show is produced by Nikhil Raibole and Bhupendrakumar Nandan for Café Marathi and directed by Hemant Tambe. Script is by Abhijit Pendharkar. Renowned Chef Shantanu Gupte will present his different types of Indian and International recipes and many Marathi celebrities will also be part of this programme.

 ‘Khel Mandala’ is an emotion filled story of a father and his little daughter. Speaking about his film writer- director Viju Mane said that it was because of well presented story, the film could influence even  the international audience. Lead actor Mangesh Desai who has put in all the efforts in presenting the strong character of father in this film, has attributed the credit to the producer Ashok Narkar and writer- director Viju Mane, for showing confidence in him. Keeping this in mind, Fakt Marathi channel which has been offering variety in entertainment, will now begin a new programme on tempting recipes for foodlovers. This programme will start from 19th April from Monday to Friday at 1.30 pm. This Kitchen recipe programme titled ‘Angat Pangat’ will present three different types of recipes. The first part will comprise of our own Indian style food, the second part will present Mix alias Fusion recipe and the third part will cover overseas special recipes.

Speaking about this new programme Fakta Marathi Business Head Shyam Malekar expressed confidence that this programme will be different from other programmes on this subject. This show will present renowned Executive Chef Shantanu Gupte who is expert in Indian recipes besides Modern European Fine dining. After receiving degree from Institute of Hotel Management he went for further studies at the North Norway University in Europe. For the past 19 years he has served in top Five star hotels in India and Europe. Popular Marathi actress Sayali Deodhar will anchor this TV show. Every Friday, this show will present popular Marathi celebrities like Sanjay Mone, Sandeep Pathak, Sneha Raikar, Deepti Bhagwat, Trupti Deore performing their favourite recipes.

Renowned Saint from Maharashtra Sant Shri Sai baba has large number of followers across the world. Some call him Baba , some call him Sai while for others he is Sainath. We had seen a serial on Saibaba on Marathi television 20 years ago. Now, a new Marathi serial on Saibaba returns to Marathi television on Fakta Marathi channel and will go on air from 15^th March 2021 from 8 pm onwards. The serial is titled ‘Saibaba – Shraddha Aani Saburi’. Making this announcement Fakt Marathi Channel Business Head Shyam Malekar said that their channel has always paid attention on quality subjects and therefore felt that for 20 long years there has been no serial on Saibaba and therefore their serial will be something special.

This serial will present some unknown facts in the life of Shri Saibaba especially during the period 1856 to 1918. The highlight of this serial is recreating Shirdi during this period, by well Known art director Ajit Dandekar, who is also producer of this serial.
