‘Ye Re Ye Re Paisa’ Franchise , which has won the hearts of Marathi film lovers, is getting ready to release Part 3 of ‘Ye Re Ye Re Paisa’ on 18th July 2025. Recently, a new poster of this film was launched on social media displaying the the cool looks of characters Anna, Aditya, Babli and Sunny.
Directed by Sanjay Jadhav and produced by Sudhir Kolte, Omprakash Bhatt,Nasir Sharif, Omkar Sushma Mane, Swati Khopkar, Ninad Nandkumar Battin, Giridhar Gopalkrishna Dhumal , co produced by Saurabh Lalwani, this film stars Sanjay Narvekar, Siddharth Jadhav, Umesh Kamat, Tejaswini Pandit, Vishakha Subhedar, Anand Ingale, Nagesh Bhosale, Vanita Kharat , Jaywant Wadkar and others.

In the latest promotional video released by makers of the forthcoming Marathi film ‘Jarann’, we find senior popular actresses Sonali Kulkarni and Bhargavi Chirmule together performing on a song. Moreover, this song is rendered by Amruta Subhash, Sindhuja Srinivasan, Manisha Pandaranki and Lakshmi Meghana in their voices.

Lyrics of this song are penned by Vaibhav Deshmukh and music is composed by A.V. Prafullchandra. The 1990s was truly a golden era- especially for those who grew up in India’s quaint rural heartlands. The slower pace of life, the rustic charm, and the warmth of people from that time, evoke an irresistible longing for the past. And if there’s one season that captures the essence of childhood memories, it’s undoubtedly the summer vacation.
Every child who has grown up in India, holds fond recollections of visiting their maternal relatives, for spending carefree days with cousins and friends, indulging in innocent mischief and endless adventures. Mapuskar Brothers present ‘April May 99′, the latest gem in Marathi cinema, beautifully brings back those cherished memories in a way, which are deeply personal and universally relatable.
Set against the serene backdrop of Shrivardhan (Konkan), the story revolves around three inseparable friends – Prasad (Shreyas Thorat), Siddhesh (Manthan Kanekar), and Krishna (Aaryan Menghji) and a visiting girl, Jaie (Sajiri Joshi), who becomes an unexpected part of their summer story. English is a challenge for the boys, much to the concern of Prasad’s father, who insists that he should go to Mumbai for coaching. But, Prasad has other plans—he wants to enjoy his vacation with his buddies.
When the families discover that Jai is fluent in English, they ask her to train the boys. What unfolds, is an endearing and often hilarious journey of friendship, learning, and self-discovery. In return, the boys promise to give Jai a guided tour of the Konkan region, leading to a delightful blend of language lessons, cultural exchange, and unforgettable escapades.

Director Rohan Mapuskar captures this slice-of-life narrative with a rare sensitivity and sincerity. Through the characters of these four artistes, he subtly comments on themes like growth, companionship, and the joy of embracing life’s simple pleasures.

2nd NAFA Marathi Film Fest announced in San Jose California

The North American Marathi Film Association ( NAFA) was launched last year by renowned Marathi film producer Mr. Abhijit Gholap, who had produced films like ‘Deool’ and ‘Bharatiya’. Last year, under his leadership a film festival of Marathi films was held in San Jose, California . Now, this year Mr. Gholap has announced the 2nd NAFA Marathi film festival at the same venue on 25th, 26th and 27th July 2025, which will be held on the style of Hollywood awards.

Mr. Gholap has been making efforts to reach out Marathi films to the population of Marathi speaking people in North America and Canada. With his efforts every month atleast one Marathi film is released in this region. Mr. Gholap has a dream of creating a Marathi film industry in USA on the lines of Hollywood and accordingly, steps have already been taken with a team of 500 people coming forward to make this possible.
New Film ‘Cup Bashi’ to present Pooja Sawant with Rishi Manohar
Produced by Kalpak Sadanand Joshi and directed by Vaibhav Chinchalkar, new Marathi film ‘Cup Bashi’ will present renowned actress Pooja Sawant with Rishi Manohar as a fresh pair through this film. According to the makers, this will be an entertaining film and presently shooting of this film is in progress in Mumbai.

As a producer this is the first film of Kalpak Joshi; but his father Sadanand Joshi was associated with Marathi film industry in the past; having produced 1996 film ‘Putravati’ for which he had written the story, screenplay and lyrics. This film had won top 14 awards at the state and national level. With Nirmiti Sawant playing an important role in this film, there are big hopes from this film.
Anees Bazmi to present Marathi film ‘Jarann’
Popular Bollywood film maker Anees Bazmi will be presenting the forthcoming Marathi film ‘Jaaran’ along with producers Amol Bhagat and Nitin Bhalchandra Kulkarni. Directed by Hrishikesh Gupte, recently the terrifying teaser of this film was released on social media. According to the director ‘Jaaran’ presents the psychic and emotional conflict faced by a family while countering ‘Jaaran’ which means black magic.

Producer Amol Bhagat says that after the poster of the film ‘Jarann’ raised curiosity among film lovers; now the teaser of the film has made them more curious about the subject of this film. Teaser Poster of Marathi Film ‘Avliya’ on Shri Shankar Maharaj Unveiled
The teaser poster of the upcoming Marathi film ‘Avliya’, based on the life of the revered saint Shri Shankar Maharaj, was officially launched recently by BJP Maharashtra State President, Mr. Chandrashekhar Bawankule, on the occasion of Maharaj’s Samadhi day.

Produced under the banner of JayShankar Productions, the film is written and directed by Shashi Chandrakant Khandare, known for his award-winning film “Gypsy”. This film is prodiced by BJP leader Rajendra (Aba) Shilimkar.
Shri Shankar Maharaj, a spiritual luminary from the 1800s to 1947, is known not only for his miraculous deeds but also for his profound scientific outlook. While most works focus solely on his miracles, ‘Avliya’ aims to portray a deeper and more holistic view of his life — one that blends spirituality with wisdom and rational thought.

The film promises to shed new light on the legendary saint’s divine acts and his message of inner growth beyond mere supernatural phenomena. The cast details will be revealed soon, director Shashi Khandare confirmed.
‘Ambat Shaukeen’ Poster launched

Produced by Hexvision Entertainment, SS & KL Brothers Productions, Labros Entertainment, and Big Brain Productions and written & directed by Nikhil Vaidigar the poster of forthcoming Marathi film ‘Ambat Shaukeen’ was launched recently. The poster shows three friends played by Nikhil Wairagar, Akshay Tanksale, and Kiran Gaikwad and behind them is actress Pooja Sawant, holding all of them with a string.
