Trailer of Film ‘Pardhad’ released with good attendance of Pardhi Community
Dnyanvijay Films production and Director Dnyaneshwar Kundalik Bhosle launched the Poster- Trailer of their forthcoming Marathi film ‘Pardhad‘ at an event in Pune with good attendance from members of the Pardhi community. The film depicts the reality and heat of ‘Phase Pardhi’ community, with a factual report of how the Vimuka Jati and Nomadic Tribes have been deprived of the basic necessities of life such as food, clothing and shelter.
On this occasion Hon. Meghrajraje Bhosle (Chairman, Akhil Bharatiya Marathi Chitrapat Mahamandal), Social activist Mr. Girish Prabhune, Bhikuji alias Dada Idate (Pardhi Commission, Government of India), Vijaya Bhosle, Manager (Bharatmata Adivasi Pardhi Vidyarthi Hostel, Mohol-Solapur) Meera Tai Phadnis (Swami Vivekanand Adivasi Chhatravas, Yavatmal) and Rajashree Kale, Corporator, Pune Municipal Corporation as well as lead stars of the film were present at Mangala Theatre, Pune.
The film ‘Pardhad‘ will release in April this year all over Maharashtra.
Samit Kakkad returns with another Marathi Film ’36 Gunn’
After directing subject oriented films like ‘Aayna Ka Bayna’ and ‘Half Ticket’ in Marathi, Samit Kakkad is now returning with another Marathi film ’36 Gunn’ ( 36 marks) which are so important while matching the horoscopes before marriage. Through his previous two films Samit has already invited the attention of film lovers at international level. Now , he will be presenting this film with a new subject. Produced by Samit Kakkad films & Mohan Nadar’s Busybee productions , this film will be released soon.
Recently, Samit returned from London after shooting this film and will shoot the remaining part in Goa. For this film he has found a suitable match for Santosh Juvekar in Poorva Pawar. who will play the lead pair of this film. Prasad Bhende is the cinematographer of this film, while Parag Sankhe is handling the responsibility of line producer. According to Samit, Parag was great help during their London shoot.
प्रेमाचा प्रवास घडवणारा चित्रपट ‘प्रेमवारी’ फेब्रुवारीत प्रदर्शित
‘प्रेमवारी‘ या चित्रपटाचा अतिशय सुंदर ट्रेलर चित्रपटातील कलाकारांच्या उपस्थितीत नुकताच रिलीज करण्यात आला. राहुल आणि पूजा यांची कॉलेज मध्ये होणारी भेट, त्यातून फुलत जाणारं प्रेम पण, याच प्रेमात काही गोष्टी अडसर ठरायला लागतात आणि काही कारणामुळे परिवाराकडून होणारा विरोध या सर्व अडथळ्यामुळे पुढे ह्या प्रेमाचा प्रवास कसा होतो ते आपल्याला चित्रपटातच पाहावे लागेल.
‘प्रेमवारी‘ या सिनेमात चिन्मय उदगीरकर आणि मयुरी कापडणे मुख्य भूमिकेत दिसणार आहे. चिन्मय बऱ्याच दिवसांनी चित्रपटात मुख्य भूमिकेत दिसणार आहे. तर मयुरी कापडणे च्या रूपाने मराठी चित्रपट सृष्टीला एक नवीन चेहरा मिळणार आहे. यांच्यासोबतच भारत गणेशपुरे, अभिजित चव्हाण, नम्रता पावसकर, राजेश नन्नावरे, निशा माने, प्रियांका उबाळे, विशाल खिरे हे कलाकार देखील चित्रपटामध्ये दिसणार आहे. ‘प्रेमवारी‘ हा सिनेमा ८ फेब्रुवारी ला रिलीज होणार आहे. या सिनेमाला मराठी चित्रपटसृष्टीतला प्रसिद्ध संगीतदिग्दर्शक अमितराज याने संगीत दिले असून वैशाली सामंत, श्रेया घोषाल, आदर्श शिंदे आणि सोनू निगम यांनी आपल्या मधुर आवाजाने गाण्यांना स्वरसाज चढवला आहे. या चित्रपटाचे लेखन,निर्मिती आणि दिग्दर्शन राजेंद्र कचरू गायकवाड यांनी केले असून, प्रस्तुतकर्त्याची धुरादेखील त्यांनीच सांभाळली आहे.
‘Krutant’ releasing on this Friday 18th January 19
There was already a lot of curiosity about the forthcoming film ‘Krutant’, when its poster was released, with lead actor Sandeep Kulkarni in a different get up. Thereafter, recently when the trailer of this film was released, it has raised the expectations from this film, which is based on the relationship of a human being with the nature. And the period of the film is the present time. Director Datta Bhandare, who has written the story, screenplay and dialogues of this film, has tried to present something different to Marathi film lovers.
Moreover, the highlight of this film is the return of Sandeep Kulkarni to Marathi films after a long gap of 5 years. Besides Sandeep, the film also stars Suyog Gorhe, Sayali Patil, Vaishnavi Patwardhan & Vidya Karanjikar. Produced by Miheer Shah under the banner of Rainrose Films , this film is now all set for release on 18th January 2019.
Marathi Film ‘Saavat’ gets ready for release on 22nd March
During the past few years, we find our Marathi films have been effectively presenting some relevant social issues to create awareness among people. Forthcoming Marathi film ‘Saavat’ produced by Hitesha Deshpande & Shobhita Manglik and directed by Saurabh Sinha also falls in this category. Through this film the makers have raised certain issues such as, the exiting traditional rituals, at a time, when the women have made progress by reaching to top positions in jobs and other sectors. In spite of spread of mobile network even to villages, we still find people becoming prey to blind faith.
Clearly indicating through the poster, the film has opened a fight against such wrong practices in the society. According to the makers, The story of this film is set on the backdrop of the border between faith and blind faith, thus making people understand what is good for them, without imposing anything on them. This film, which is getting ready to release on 22nd march all over Maharashtra, stars Smita Tambe, Milind Shirole, Shwetambari Ghute & Sanjeevani Jadhav in lead roles.

Majority of people living in our country are not able to meet their daily requirements due to shortage of their earnings. Due to heavy borrowings, they are always in a dilemma to repay their loans. However, most of them live on some hope that one day destiny would change their lives. Latest released Marathi film ‘Nashibvaan’ revolves around the family of one such lower middle class person Baban (Bhalchandra Kadam) , who works as a sweeper in Municipal Corporation. Baban lives in a small room in a chawl and somehow manages the day to day requirements of the family, with his wife ( Mitalee Jagtap) who also supports him with some additional earnings by working as a domestic help. The film is based on original story ‘Dilli Ki Deewar’ written by Uday Prakash.
One day, after completing his duty, Baban is offered some extra work against payment by a Jewellery shop owner, who asks him to clean up the adjacent narrow duct next to his shop. While cleaning the huge debris, Baban hits the Bamboo stick of his broom on the side wall in frustration and few bricks are broken. When Baban peeps inside he notices bundles of high denomination currency notes. He removes few bundles and makes his exit from there after covering the broken portion with the bricks. How, he manages to take away more money from this duct and how his life changes, has been very systematically shown by screenplay writer & director Amol Vasant Gole. In this process, the director has paid more attention on the attitude of different characters, such as Baban, his wife, his female colleague at workplace (Neha Joshi) towards whom Baban has a soft corner and the Police officer.
The screenplay of this film moves very effectively generating a lot of interest, almost on the lines of World Cinema. But, in the post interval stage, the film fails to hold this grip, with few scenes which are not convincing. However, the concluding part gives a surprise to the audience. Overall, this fiction based film has been handled well by cinematographer – director Amol Gole. Performances are very natural by the lead artistes comprising of Bhalchandra Kadam, Mitalee Jagtap , Neha Joshi with good support coming from Rajesh Shringarpure, Yatin Karyekar, Tejpal Wagh and others. Music by Soham Pathak is just fine. This is not a comedy film, but surely a story based film generating some spontaneous humour, which arises out of some dialogues uttered by Bhau Kadam at different situations.

Offering music for ‘Aasud’ was a great honour – Anu Malik
In the recent past, we have witnessed many Bollywood personalities making their debut in Marathi films either in acting or as a singer. Now, popular Bollywood music director Anu Malik is also making his debut through forthcoming Marathi film ‘Aasud‘ which is produced by Dr. Deepak More and directed by Nilesh Raosaheb Jalamkar. There are three songs in this film, which are composed by Anu Malik, which are rendered by reputed singers like Sonu Nigam, Aadarsh Shinde, Divya Kumar and Anmol Malik.
Recently, the makers of this film launched the music of ‘Aasud‘ film in a grand way, in presence of Hon. Minister of State for Home Dr. Ranjit Patil, when the trailer of this film and video clippings of the songs were shown to the invitees. While the chief guest congratulated the producer and director for their fine efforts in making such a film, music director Anu Malik said that it was a great honour for him to offer music for this Marathi film. The film stars veteran artistes like Vikram Gokhale, Pradeep Velankar, Madhav Abhyankar, Anant Jog, Deepak Shirke, Upendra Datey, Sandesh Jadhav, Kamalesh Sawant, Rana Jungbahadur, Avtaar Gill along with new young pair of Amitriyan Patil & Rashmi Rajput.
Poster of ‘Shiva – Ek Yuva Yodhha’ launched at the hands of Journalists
The Poster launch of the film ‘Shiva – Ek Yuva Yodhha‘ took place in an unusual manner. Instead of going for traditional method, this was the first time that a Poster launch for a film was held at the hands of Journalists. The occasion was also unique, as it coincided with Patrakaar Din.
The SGS Films team feel that there was an eminent role of journalists who reflect the moods of the society with a third party approach. It was therefore decided to release the Poster of their latest film ‘Shiva – Ek Yuva Yodhha‘ at the hands of noted senior journalists.
The story of this film revolves around the determined enthusiasm and zeal of the youth today. The boiling point of will power, aspirations and determination will exhibit the ideals of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and provide an idea of his principles to the youth today that may be engulfed by the evil ways and means. ‘Shiva‘ will be releasing on the 15 February 2019 in entire Maharashtra. The story narrates the struggle by a son whose father gets martyred for the progress and development of the village and villagers. With a great entertainment package a new artist Siddhant More as ‘Shiva‘ will be seen in ‘Shiva – Ek Yuva Yodhha‘ film, displaying his charm and strength.
‘Hote Kurup Vede’ will be Sanjay Narvekar’s 25th play
Known for his hit Marathi plays ‘All The Best‘, ‘Adhantar‘, ‘Ashi Pakhare Yeti‘ and ‘Locha Jhala Re‘, actor Sanjay Narvekar shot into fame after his performance as ‘Dedh Footya‘ in the Hindi film ‘Vastav’, which offered him more and more roles in Hindi cinema. In fact, Sanjay Narvekar has done more number of Hindi films than Marathi films in his acting career span of about 25 years. But, as a Marathi stage actor, he is still popular.
Incidentally, with his latest Marathi play ‘Hote Kurup Vede‘ which will stage its first show on 11th January @ 3.30 pm at Shivaji Mandir, Dadar, Sanjay has performed in 25 different plays till date. And another coincidence is that this play will also be the 25th play of director Mr. Rajesh Deshpande . Both Sanjay and Rajesh have worked together in the past and hence their coming together through this new play has made both of them very happy. Working with them in this play are other important artistes like Nayan Jadhav, Bharat Savale, Shalaka Pawar, Meenakshi Joshi, & Kalpesh Bawiskar.
