‘Last Stop Khanda’ teaser launched
Forthcoming Marathi film ‘Last Stop Khanda’ is already in news prior to its release. Recently teaser of this film was launched, besides announcing the release dat of this film as 21st November 2025. ‘Last Stop Khanda’ with a tagline ‘Pratyekachya Premachi Goshta’ will be presented by Sachin Kadam and Sachin Jadhav. Pradeep Manohar Jadhav has produced this film, which is written by Sramesh Betkar and directed by Vinit Parulekar.
This film stars Sramesh Betkar, Juilee Temkar, Nikhil Bane, Mandar Mandavkar, Shashikant Kerkar, Suresh Jadhav, Mahesh Kaprekar, Priyanka Hande, Dr. Sachin Wamanrao, Ganesh Gurav, Nishant Jadhav, Girsh Tendulkar, Jayashree Govind, in lead roles. In guest appearance Dhanashree Kadgaonkar, Prabhakar More and Ashok Dhage will also be seen in this film. Cinematography by Haresh Sawant, Art direction by Keshav Thakur and music by Shreyas Raj Angane and Kishore Mohite are other credits of this film.
Poster of new film ‘Asambhav’ generates lot of interest
The teaser of the film ‘Asambhav’ had raised curiosity about this forthcoming Marathi film. But now, after the release of the suspense filled poster , this film has generated more interest among the film lovers. The expressions on the faces of the three lead stars Sachit Patil, Mukta Barve and Priya Bapat says a lot about this love story filled with suspense.
Producer- director Sachit Patil says, “Asambhav will be a suspense thriller, which will touch the emotions at the deepest level. This is the first Marathi film shot at the quiet picturesque locations in Nainital. Every scene has been shot with perfect technicality to offer best cinematic experience to the audience.”
Pushkar Shrotri is the assistant director of this film, which is produced by Sachit Patil, Nitin Vaidya and co produced by Sharmishtha Raut, Tejas Desai, Mangesh Parulekar and Sanjay Potdar. The film stars Sachit Desai, Mukta Barve, Priya Bapat and Sandeep Kulkarni in lead roles.
‘Tath Kana’ to be released on 28th November 2025
Biopic of World renowned Neuro-spinal Surgeon Dr. Premanand Ramani is now all set for release on 28th November 2025. Produced by Vijay Mudshingkar and Karan Rawat, this film is directed by Girish Mohite. Dr. Ramani’s life and his work is inspiration for others, as at the age 0f 86 years, he still attends operation theatre and his OPD.
His life since his childhood, is full of challenges and therefore it is interesting to know his struggle in life and overcoming all the hurdles with his hard work and dedication to his profession. Renowned actor Umesh Kamat plays Dr. Ramani in this film along with Deepti Devi, Sayali Sanjeev, Suyog Gorhe, Ajit Bhure, Shailesh Datar, Anupama Takmoge, Ravi Gosai and Sanjeev Jontgiya in lead roles.
Cinematography of this film is by Krishna Soren and editing is by Nilesh Gawand. Art direction by Mahesh Kudalkar, music by Avinash Vishwajeet, Executive producer Prashant Pawar and production controller Jitendra Bhosale are the other credits.
‘Gondhal’ to release on 14th November
The Mystery behind Blind faith will be unveiled on 14th November 2025, when Marathi film ‘Gondhal’ will be released. Like the films ‘Dashavtaar’ and ‘Kantaraa’, this film ‘Gondhal’ is also based on Maharashtra’s rituals related to the local soil. Actually, ‘Gondhal’ is also a ritual, which is observed in 80% of Maharashtra.
The attention grabbing teaser of ‘Gondhal’ was released recently and it clearly indicates the grand cinematic scale of this film, besides technical quality. Written and directed by Santosh Davkhar, this film stars Kishore Kadam, Ishita Deshmukh, Yogesh Sohoni, Nishad Bhoir, Anuj Prabhu, Suresh Vihwakarma, Madhavi Juvekar, Aishwarya Shinde, Kailash Waghmare, Prabhakar Mathpati, Vitthal Kale, Praveen Dalimbkar, Sharad Jadhav, Poonam Patil, Prashant Deshpande, in lead roles.

Mahesh Manjrekar’s new look in ‘Punha Shivajiraje Bhosale’
Known for his variety of characters played in different films, actor- film maker Mahesh Manjrekar will now be seen in a different look in his forthcoming film ‘Punha Shivajiraje Bhosale’. Legendary actress Sandhya Shantaram is no more
Legendary Marathi and Hindi film actress Sandhya Shantaram is no more. She passed away today after a brief illness in Mumbai. She was 93. Wife of renowned film maker V. Shantaram, Sandhya shot into fame with music and dance based film ‘Navarang’. But, Sandhya had earlier made her debut through 1952 Marathi film ‘Amar Bhupali’, followed by her notable performances in films like ‘Teen Batti Char Raasta’, ‘Do Ankhen Barah Haath’, ‘Jhanak Jhanak Payal Baje’, ‘Jal Bin Machali Nritya Bin Bijali’ & super hit Marathi film ‘Pinjara’.
Besides acting, Sandhya was a very good dancer and had undergone training under her co-starGopi Krishna, during the shooting of her film ‘Jhanak Jhanak Payal Baje’, which received best Marathi feature film award at the National Awards. With her sad demise, film industry has lost a talented actress.

Veena Jamkar trurns emotional while talking about ‘Kurla to Vengurla’
