‘Krantijyoti Vidyalay Marathi Madhyam’ teaser released
Set on the backdrop of reduction in number of Marathi medium schools these days, forthcoming Marathi film ‘Krantijyoti Vidyalay Marathi Madhyam’ takes down memory lane to entertain the film lovers. Written and directed by Hemant Dhome, the teaser of this Marathi film, which was released recently, clearly indicates that it will be an entertaining film.
This film stars versatile actor like Sachin Khedekar in the role of School Principal along with other popular artistes like Amey Wagh, Siddharth Chandekar, Kshiti Jog, Kadambari Kadam, Harish Dudhade, Pushkaraj Chirputkar and newcomer Prajakta Koli in lead role. According to writer- director Hemant Dhome, School is the foundation of our life and our first step in every field is taken during our school days. This school will be opened on 1st January 2026 during the new year.

Teaser of ‘ManaChe Shlok’ released
After unveiling the poster of this film, the makers of ‘Manache Shlok’ have now released the teaser of their much awaited film on social media. The teaser clearly shows conflict between Manva and Shlok on their ongoing relationship. Manva is seen bold and aggressive in her approach, while Shlok is seen on defensive approach.
This film stars Mrunmayee Deshpande, Rahul Pethe, Pushkaraj Chirputkar, Suvrat Joshi, Siddharth Menon, Harish Dudhade and Karan Parab in lead roles. Produced by Shreyas Jadhav and Sanjay Davra, this film stars Mrunmayee Deshpande, Rahul Pethe, Pushkaraj Chirputkar, Suvrat Joshi Siddharth Menon, Harish Dudhade and Karan Parab in lead roles.
The theme of ‘Manache Shlok’ is about our life which itself is a journey. And when this emotion filled journey finds proper company of right people that too in the company of mountains, it becomes more memorable. The motion poster of this film, released recently, clearly shows a couple Shlok and Manva, taking on the journey towards montains, thus keeping the film lovers guessing whether their love would flourish during this unusual journey?
In short, the story follows the journey of these two independent individuals, as they navigate modern love, family pressures, and societal expectations surrounding marriage.
Vijay Kenkre to celebrate Cenutry of his plays with ‘Kali Rani’
Renowned dramatist and director Vijay Kenkre is all set to celebrate the Century of his plays with his new Marathi play ‘Kali Rani‘ on 11th December 2022. Interestingly, with this inaugural show of ‘Kali Rani’ Vijay Kenkre’s other associates in this play will also be creating new records. This will be writer Ratnakar Matkari’s 90th play, Production designer Pradeep Mule’s 200th play, Music director Ajit Parab’s 40th play, Costume designer Mangal Kenkre’s 50th play, Light effect specialist Sheetal Talpade’s 125th play Akshar Shedge’s 1400th play and Dr. Girish Oak’s 50th play. Above all, Dr. Girish Oak will be appearing in his 6,666 th stage performance through this inaugural show.
Produced by Priya Patil, Dr. Madhuri Sarnaik, Anita Mahajan,Rutuja Shidam and directed by Vijay Kenkre this play revolves around three important characters in film industry- an actress who wants to rule over this industry, a writer whose every film has become a silver Jubilee hit and a showman producer who has given scope to this actress and director in this industry. Dr. Girish Oak, Harish Dudhade and Manva Naik play the lead roles along with Chandralekha Joshi and Anand Patil. We are all aware that Vijay Kenkre who has so far offered variety of subjects through his successful plays, is also expected to give his best direction in this play too
Madhura Velankar Satam returns to television with a challenging role
Renowned Marathi stage- television and film actress Madhura Velankar Satam is back on small screen. This time she plays the mother of an 18 year old daughter, in the ongoing popular Marathi serial ‘Tumchi Mulgi Kaay Karte? (तुमची मुलगी काय करते?)’ which is aired on Sony Liv Marathi.
Talented, versatile actress that she is, Madhura has found this strong central character of Ms. Shraddha Mirajkar in this thrilling serial on a timely subject. The serial shows the concern of a mother- a school teacher, when she finds that her daughter has gone missing and is alleged to have been part of a rave party which has connection with people in drug business.
There is plenty of scope for Madhura in this serial, when she notices that both her husband and her daughter have lied to her about her daughter’s actual plans to attend the said party. Madhura faces the challenge to search her daughter and prove her not guilty. This is a well presented serial, but the overall 22 minutes time plus commercials every episode is too less for this thriller.
‘तू सौभाग्यवती हो’ मध्ये ऐश्वर्या आणि सूर्यभान यांच्या लग्नाला बायजींचा पुढाकार
सोनी मराठी वाहिनीवरील मालिका ‘तू सौभाग्यवती हो’ ही मालिका आता एक वेगळ्या वळणावर पोहचलीये.
तीर्थयात्रेला गेलेल्या बायजी घरात परत येतात आणि त्यांच्या गैरहजेरीत झालेल्या सर्व गोष्टी त्यांना कळतात. सूर्यभानवर चित्राचा वाढता प्रभाव आणि एकूण परिस्थिती पाहता आपल्यानंतर या घराची आणि सूर्यभानची काळजी घेणारी कोणीतरी घरात यावी, असं बायजींना वाटू लागतं. दरम्यान घरातच राहणारी चुणचुणीत अल्लड पण तेवढीच समंजस असलेल्या ऐश्वर्याकडे त्यांचं लक्ष जातं. गावकऱ्यांच्या रोषापासून वाचवून सूर्यभान तिला घरात आसरा देतो आणि अनेक वर्षं तिचं कुटुंब जाधवांसाठी काम करत असतं.
आता बायजींच्या पुढाकारानी ऐश्वर्या आणि सूर्यभान यांचा शुभविवाह संपन्न होणार आहे. सूर्यभानचं आधीच एक लग्न झालेलं असून त्याच्या पहिल्या पत्नीचा मृत्यू झाला आहे. ऐश्वर्याचं लग्न ठरलेलं होत, पण लग्नाच्या आधीच तिच्या होणाऱ्या पतीचा गोळी लागून मृत्यू होतो आणि नियती या दोघांना समोरासमोर आणून उभं करते.
