New Song ‘Hey Sharade’ from Phulwanti Honors Goddess Saraswati


As the festive season of Navratri unfolds, the upcoming Marathi film Phulwanti brings a spiritual offering with its new song, Hey Sharade. This song pays tribute to Goddess Saraswati, the embodiment of knowledge and wisdom, with its soulful and energizing lyrics. Written by Mandar Cholkar and composed by Rahul Deshpande, Hey Sharade features uplifting music by Avinash Vishwajeet, invoking joy and a sense of devotion.

The film Phulwanti revolves around the artistic and intellectual rivalry between a dancer, Phulwanti, and a scholar, Venkata Dhvari Narasimha Shastri, offering audiences a unique blend of art and intellect. Directed by Snehal Pravin Tarde and produced by Panorama Studios and Mangesh Pawar & Co., Phulwanti is set to release on October 11. ‘Phullwanti’ title track released

The much awaited Marathi film ‘Phullwanti’ is getting ready for release on 11th October 2024 in theatres all over Maharashtra. In the meanwhile, the grand title track of this film was released for music lovers. Performing her dance skills in her own style gorgeous actress Prajaktta Mali will be the main attraction of this film.

The title track of the film will therefore present the rich culture of the dance art form of Phulwanti during the Peshwa period. This song which is penned by Vaibhav Joshi, Vishwajeet Joshi & Snehal tarde is rendered by singer Aryaa Ambekar on the music of Avinash Vishwajeet. Cinematography is by Umesh Jadhav, while cinematography is by Mahesh Limaye.

Since this film is a music based historical film more prominence is given to dances and music. Based on Shivshahir Babasaheb Purandare’s creation ‘Phulwanti’, the story of this film is written by Pravin Vitthal Tarde and is directed by Snehal Pravin Tarde.

Gashmeer Mahajani to play Venkatesh Shastri in ‘Phullwanti’

Having made an announcement about their film ‘Phullwanti’ with Prajakta Mali in title role of a dancer during Peshwa period, Producers Mangesh Pawar & Co. & Shiv Om Creations Pvt. Ltd; have now disclosed the name of Gashmeer Mahajani, who will play the lead role opposite Prajakta Mali in this film. The film is directed by Snehal Pravin Tarde, who is making her debut as a director through this film.

Through the teaser of this film, the personality of Venkatshastri has been unveiled, which speaks about his presence during Peshwa era. Based on Late Babasaheb Purandare’s novel ‘Phulwanti’, the dialogues of this film are penned by Pravin Tarde. The film is all set to release on 11th October  2024.

Prajakta Mali announces release date of her film ‘Phulvanti’ on her birthday


Popular Marathi actress Prajakta Mali has announced the release date of her own production ‘Phullwanti’ on the occasion of her birthday today. This film which is based on the novel of Padmavibhushan Late Babasaheb Purandare, will be released on 11th October 2024. The motion poster of this film, projecting Prajakta Mali with attractive ornaments, was also released today.

Produced by Prajakta Mali along with Kumar mangat Pathak, Abhishek Pathak, Mangesh Pawar & Shweta Mali, this film is directed by Snehal Tarde and this is her debut as a director through this film. Pravin Vitthal tarde has written the dialogues of this film and the cinematography is by Mahesh Limaye. Avinash- Vishwajeet have are the music directors of this film for Panorama Music.

With this film, I made my entry as a producer and in the process learned many things.” Talking about the selection of this subject for her film, she said that she was highly impressed with this novel and had made up her mind to make a film on this subject.
