As per the traditional Maharashtrian style Vat Purnima a Hindu celebration observed by married women, by inviting other women to participate in some traditional sports. Prominent among them is ‘Fugadi’ where we find the pairs of women going round and round holding their hands crossed with their partners for maximum time.

‘Rama Madhav’ serial, which is aired from Monday to Friday at 9.30 pm; will present this ‘Fugadi’ competition mainly between Rama Purohit and her sister in law Padmini . Rama has always been kind enough to Padmini. But, whether the cunning attitude of Padmini will be exposed in presence of Rama, is to be seen during this competition. At least the viewers are expecting the same. Those who enjoy this traditional sport will be eager to watch it.
