We are all aware that Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was not only a great fighter, known for his bravery; but he adopted ‘Guerilla tactics’ to overcome his enemies. Forthcoming Marathi film ’22 Maratha Battalion’ will be highlighting all such Guerilla tactics used by Shivaji Maharaj during many memorable battles fought by him. Recently, poster of this film was released on social media, which has generated more interest among the film lovers about this film.

Produced by Rupesh Dinkar and Sanjay Baburao Pagare, written & directed by Prakash Janardan Pawar the  screenplay and dialogues of this film are written by Nilesh Mahigaokar. This film stars a big team of popular artistes like Pravin Tarde, Prasad Oak, Ashok Samarth, Pushkar Jog, Somnath Avghade, Abhinay Berde, Utkarsh Shinde, Yash Dimble, Sapna Mane, Tisha Sanjay Pagare, Amruta Dhongde, Shivali Parab & Ayushree Pawar in lead roles. This film will be released in Marathi and Hindi languages
