New Marathi film Lifeline is in the news today. This film, which has already won 11 international awards at different film festivals, has invited the attention of not only people from medical profession, but also film lovers. The film has a strong social message about organ donation, which has been very effectively presented through the screenplay to create awareness.
According to director Sahil Shirvaikar, he is overwhelmed by the response received from filmlovers. “ Organ donation is a serious subject and it was necessary to remove misunderstandings among people about this subject. In an entertaining way, we have tried to do it and the good response received by this film, from the film lovers says it all. Our entire team has shown their willingness for organ donation.

Pushkar Jog announces his new Marathi film ‘Taboo’
Popular Marathi actor Pushkar Jog is in great form this year. Having released his film ‘Musafira’ earlier this year, he is already in news for his forthcoming Marathi film ‘Dharma – The AI Story’’ His Hindi film ‘Coke’ is also ready for release. In the meanwhile, he has now announced his new Marathi film ‘Taboo’, which will also be directed by him, besides producing it in association with Anand Pandit Motion Pictures.
The shooting of this film has also started and Yogesh Mahadev Koli is the Director of Photography of this film. Pushkar has always tried to offer something new through his every film till now. Speaking about his new film, Pushkar said that he will be giving everything for making this film, as he would like to offer something new and different.
Muhurat of ‘Pahile Na Mi Tula’ Marathi play

Written and directed by Sunil Harischandra this play stars Anshuman Vichare, Hemant Patil and Suvedha Desai in lead roles.

Marathi actress Hruta Durgule finds prominent role in Hindi Web series

Trailer of ‘Babu’ launched
Trailer of forthcoming action filled Marathi film ‘Babu’ was launched recently. On this occasion, the artistes of this film dressed up in the costumes of their respective characters, performed Koli style dance on the tunes of Aagari Benjo. Lead star Ankit Mohan who is playing the title role, made a stylish entry on motorbike and joined his co-artistes in the dance. A huge 20 feet poster was also released on this occasion.
Trailer of this film has raised the curiosity of action film lovers, as it also presents the dialogues in typical Aagari-Koli accent. According to writer- director Mayur Shinde, this film is on the backdrop of 90s period and is a complete package of entertainment highlighting love, friendship, enmity, revenge and action. ‘Navra Maza Navsacha’ to return with Sequel from 20th September
After 19 years, ‘Navra Majha Navsacha’ will be returning with sequel from 20th September 2024. This time the team of the film will not be travelling by State Transport Bus, but now Konkan Railway for a change. Recently, the date of release of ‘Navra Maza Navsacha 2’ was announced at the Siddhi Vinayak temple, Mumbai, in presence of Producer-director Sachin Pilgaonkar, Supriya Pilgaonkar and Ashok Saraf.
Besides Sachin Pilgaonkar, Supriya Pilgaonkar, Ashok Saraf, this film also stars Swapnil Joshi, Hemal Ingale, Nirmiti Sawant, Vaibhav Mangale and Siddharth Jadhav in lead roles. In this film, Ashok Saraf who played a Bus Conductor earlier.
