Marathi actress Hruta Durgule finds prominent role in Hindi Web series
Popular Marathi stage- television and film actress Hruta Durgule, after becoming favourite of many Marathi viewers is now inviting the attention of Hindi Web Series lovers. Hruta has found prominent lead role in ongoing Hindi Web Series ‘Commander Karan Saxena’ on Hotstar. Hruta plays the most important character of ACP Rachana Mhatre, an IPS Officer, who is associated with most efficient Commander Karan Saxena from RAW; in a mission to trace and eliminate ISI team and their sleeper cells and foil their plan.

Trailer of ‘Babu’ launched
Trailer of forthcoming action filled Marathi film ‘Babu’ was launched recently. On this occasion, the artistes of this film dressed up in the costumes of their respective characters, performed Koli style dance on the tunes of Aagari Benjo. Lead star Ankit Mohan who is playing the title role, made a stylish entry on motorbike and joined his co-artistes in the dance. A huge 20 feet poster was also released on this occasion.
Trailer of this film has raised the curiosity of action film lovers, as it also presents the dialogues in typical Aagari-Koli accent. According to writer- director Mayur Shinde, this film is on the backdrop of 90s period and is a complete package of entertainment highlighting love, friendship, enmity, revenge and action. ‘Navra Maza Navsacha’ to return with Sequel from 20th September
After 19 years, ‘Navra Majha Navsacha’ will be returning with sequel from 20th September 2024. This time the team of the film will not be travelling by State Transport Bus, but now Konkan Railway for a change. Recently, the date of release of ‘Navra Maza Navsacha 2’ was announced at the Siddhi Vinayak temple, Mumbai, in presence of Producer-director Sachin Pilgaonkar, Supriya Pilgaonkar and Ashok Saraf.
Besides Sachin Pilgaonkar, Supriya Pilgaonkar, Ashok Saraf, this film also stars Swapnil Joshi, Hemal Ingale, Nirmiti Sawant, Vaibhav Mangale and Siddharth Jadhav in lead roles. In this film, Ashok Saraf who played a Bus Conductor earlier.

After releasing the songs and teaser, which received good response from Marathi film lovers, The makers of forthcoming Marathi film ‘Vishay Hard’ have now released the official trailer of their film recently. Kailash Waghmare turns Bollywood singer with ‘Chandu Champion’
Kailash Waghmare who has played lead roles in Marathi films for the past 9 years, has turned a Bollywood singer with new Hindi film ‘Chandu Champion’. This film which stars Kartik Aaryan in the lead role of Murlikant Petkar is a biopic on the life of Jawan in Indian army, who was disabled in 1965 war against Pakistan after sustaining several bullet wounds, later switched to Swimming and other sports.
Later, in 1972 Murlikant won the first Paralympic Gold medal for India in in Swimming at Germany. In the same event he was finalist in other two sports. For his performance, he was awarded with the Padma Shri. Kailash has rendered a song in this film in praise for this committed sportsperson, which is penned by Abhijit Bhattacharya on the music of Pritam. For Kailash, this new innings of a singer has been welcomed by his well wishers from Jalna, his native place.
