Tejaswini Pandit launches new web show on her birthday
Some people make their birthdays very special, by making some announcements. Popular Marathi actress Tejaswini Pandit on the occasion of her birthday made a special announcement. Tejaswini has turned a producer along with her friend from Dubai Mr. Santosh Kher. Together they have launched their company ‘Creative Vibe’ and their first project will be a Marathi Web Show, which they will be presenting through Planet Marathi platform.
Speaking about her new venture, Tejaswini says, “This birthday is very special for me as I will be entering a new field to take up more responsibilities. Through ‘Creative Vibe’ I would not only like to reach out to audience from Maharashtra but the entire world, offering them good entertainment. I would really like to focus on new subjects and would like to offer opportunity to newcomers. Though I have turned a producer, my acting will go on simultaneously.”
Creative Vibe will not only produce web shows but also Serials and films in future.
Marathi stars celebrate Women’s day
Four Marathi stars namely Bhargavi Chirmule, Prajakta Mali, Gayatri Datar and Tejaswini Pandit celebrated Women’s day at the Planet Talent office, which is part of Planet Marathi. After cutting the cake they interacted with the media persons who were invited on this occasion. Each one of them shared their memorable experiences with the important women in their lives, besides participating in the fun games organised on this occasion.
Mr. Akshay Bardapurkar, Mr. Sanjay Jadhav and Mr. Pushkar Shrotri who are part of Planet Marathi platform were also present. Speaking on this occasion, Mr. Bardapurkar said that Women’s day need not be celebrated on one particular day, but everyday, He further added that the purpose of organising this function was to encourage and honour the women attached to Planet Marathi platform.

अभिनेत्री तेजस्विनी पंडितचे नवरात्री स्पेशल फोटोशूट तिच्या चाहत्यांमध्ये आणि सिनेसृष्टीमध्ये चर्चेचा विषय असतो. २०१७ पासून तेजस्विनी पंडित दरवर्षी एका नव्याविषयासह नवरात्रीचे फोटोशूट करत असते. दरवर्षी वैविध्यपूर्ण कल्पनांव्दारे नवरात्रीच्या नऊ दिवसांमध्ये तेजस्विनी आपले फोटोशूट घेऊन येते. यात कधी स्त्रीशक्तीला सलाम असतो, तर कधी अदिशक्तीला आदरांजली असते तर कधी सद्यस्थितीवर केलेले भाष्य असते.
यंदा तेजस्विनी आपल्या फोटोशूटमधून कोरोनायोध्द्यांना सलाम करत आहे.नवरात्रीच्या पहिल्या दिवशी डॉक्टर बनून पीपीई किट घातलेली रूग्णांना जीवनदान देणारी देवी तेजस्विनीने साकारलेली आहे. आपल्या ह्या फोटोशूटविषयी तेजस्विनी पंडित म्हणते, “ रूग्णांचे प्राण वाचवणं ही विज्ञानाने डॉक्टरांना दिलेली ‘दैवी’ देणगी आहे. कोणत्याही संकटकाळी आपण देवाचा धावा करतो. आणि पहा ना. कोरोनाच्या संकटात डॉक्टर्स आणि आरोग्यसेवेशी निगडीत कर्मचारी कसे देवासारखे धावून आले. आपली वैयक्तिक सुखदु:ख विसरून अहोरात्र रूग्णसेवा करणा-या डॉक्टरांमधल्या दैवी कर्माला ह्या फोटोव्दारे वाहिलेली ही आदरांजली आहे.”
Trailer of web series ‘Samantar’ raises a lot of curiosity
At a time when Corona virus threat has forced the Government to shut down theatres in Maharashtra till 31st March, the release of Marathi films have been postponed till April. But, there is no stopping for Web series, shootings of which have already been complete and ready for release. One such web series ‘Samantar’ is starring Swapnil Joshi and Tejaswini Pandit.
After watching the trailer released of this film, it has certainly raised a lot of curiosity among home viewers. Moreover, this film will be simultaneously released in three other languages other than Marathi and these languages are Hindi, Telugu and Tamil. Incidentally, Swapnil will be making his debut in web series through this 9 part series, which is based on the story of Suhas Shirvalkar and directed by Satish Rajwade.
Speaking about his role in this film, Swapnil says, “I always believe in making my future through hard work. But, I have always been interested to know why some people believe in horoscope and their fate. Moreover, the story of this film is about a person who is living the past of another person in his present life.”
Tejaswini Pandit’s Navaratri avatar received good response on social media
Navaratri is over, but the 9 photos of Tejaswini Pandit shot on the occasion of Navaratri are still receiving good response on social media. This was the third year that Tejaswini had posed with these nine avtaars on nine days of Navaratri and therefore it has set a trend.
Speaking about this photo shoot, Tejaswini said, “When I shot for the first time two years ago, I had no idea that I would set a trend. But, thought of doing something different to go with the festival. Now, this was the third year, when as a citizen I thought of displaying some social issues through these photo shoots. And I received a very good response from well wishers and friends, instead of inviting criticism.”
She further added, “Just dressing up a particular colour saree for that day, was a common thing, so I tried to present something different. But, it wasn’t that easy. Each photo took three hours for make up and accordingly I had to spend 27 hours in just preoarations.”

Popular Marathi actresses Tejaswini Pandit & Abhidnya Bhave are both known for their wonderful performances on big and small screens. Now, together they have created their own brand ‘Tejadnya’ which offers collection of different things through their exhibitions held from time to time. This time on the occasion of Dushera-Diwali celebrations they were ready to offer their collections for the festive season shopping in Thane. This exhibition which was held on 5th and 6th October in Thane offered collections for men and women and it received a good response from Thanekars.
Speaking about their exhibits Tejaswini Pandit said, “Last year we had offered Golden ornaments collection, but this year we focussed more on Silver jewellery of different types. For women we also displayed Sarees with Saraswati prints on borders besides six yard Paithani sarees for Diwali. There were western outfits and for men we offered designer Kurtas besides attractive gift items.”

Prasad Oak who directed National award winning Marathi film ‘Kachha Limbu’ has teamed up with another National award winning director Rajesh Mapuskar for his forthcoming Marathi film ‘Hirkani’, which is to be directed by Prasad oak, while Rajesh Mapuskar will be creative director of this film. With a tagline ‘Pratyek Aai Astech …Hirakani’ this film is obviously based on the history about the brave adventure of a mother to meet her little son.
Till now, Marathi films based on history have always received very good response and therefore the story of this film is expected to invite the attention of Marathi film lovers. The film is due for release on 24th October all over Maharashtra and therefore Aakash Pendharkar, Sachin Narkar & Vikas Pawar of Swarup entertainment have shouldered the responsibility of marketing this film. Falguni Patel of Iraada Entertainment has produced this film while Lawrence D’souza is the co producer.
Till now, nothing has been disclosed about the artistes performing in this film. But, the poster of this film has certainly generated a lot of curiosity of this film.
Finally, the curtain raised to reveal Sanjay Narvekar as Anna
For the past several days there was a buzz on social networking sites about the news ‘Anna is coming’. So, obviously, it created a lot of curiosity among Marathi film lovers, as to who this Anna is ? And, who is playing this character of Anna and in which film? Finally, the curtain has been raised to reveal actor Sanjay Narvekar as Anna. Sanjay will be returning with his character of Anna, in the second part of the film ‘Ye Re Ye Re Paisa’, which is all set to release on 9th August 2019.
Produced by Amey Khopkar Entertainment, Purple Blue Entertainment, Trans FX Studios, ‘Ye Re Ye Re Paisa-2′ is being directed by actor turned director Hemant Dhome. In the new poster unveiled Sanjay Narvekar who plays the central character of Anna has been shown returning to India with a big suitcase on which it is written ‘Abhi Toh Party Shuru Hui hain’. It is very clear that with his presence Sanjay will once again make this film more entertaining.

Sanjay Jadhav’s multi starrer ‘Lucky’ is creating a buzz on social media
In the month of July this year Sanjay Jadhav made announcement of his forthcoming film ‘Lucky‘ and since then there was a lot of curiosity about its star cast. Now, we have come to know that this film will be released on 7th December 2018. However, the recent posts of few celebrities on the social networking sites declaring themselves ‘Lucky‘ has certainly created a buzz .
