‘Tighee’ trailer hints at emotion filled story
Trailer of forthcoming Marathi film ‘Tighee’ was released recently. This film filled with emotions presents three women comprising of a Mother and her two daughters. The tagline of this film ‘Aaicha Ghar Hazar Aathavani’ (आईचं घर, हजार आठवणी – Mother’s house, thousands of memories), says it all. This film stars Bharati Achrekar in the role of Mother and Sonalee Kulkarni and Nehha Pendse-Bayas playing her two daughters.
This film is produced by Nikhil Mahajan, Surhud Godbole, Swapnil Bhangale and Neha Pendse Bayas and is written and directed by Jeejivisha Kale. According to Jijivisha, “Love between Mother and daughter is beyond words. Love cannot be expressed, it is felt. And, sufferings don’t speak, they are understood. Through ‘Tighee’ we have presented those unspoken expressions and unseen emotions. This film will be released on 6th March 2026.”
‘Tighee’ to present the Journey of Woman’s mind
Forthcoming Marathi film ‘Tighee’ produced by Shardul Singh Bayas, Neha Pendse Bayas, Nikhil Mahajan, Surhud Godbole and Swapnil Bhangale and directed by Jijivisha Kale will present the Journey of Woman’s mind. This film will be released during the next year on 6th March coinciding with Women’s day. This film presents the hidden emotions and memories in Mother- daughter relationship.
Director Jijivisha Kale has paid more attention on the perception of three women and their ideology of looking at life. The title roles of these three women will be played by versatile actress Bharati Achrekar along with talented actresses Neha Pendse Bayas and Sonalee Kulkarni. Through this film Shardul Singh Bayas, Neha Pendse Bayas and Nikhil Mahajan have once again come together, after producing sensible films like ‘June’ and ‘Godavari’ .
