‘Rashtra’ will present Vikram Gokhale in a sensational role
Known for his memorable roles on stage, television and films, veteran Vikram Gokhale has already established himself as a versatile actor in both Marathi and Hindi film industry. He has been so natural in his performances , while playing variety of roles. Now, in the forthcoming Marathi film ‘Rashtra‘ he will be seen in a sensational role. Produced by Bunty Singh and written-directed and edited by Inderpal Singh, this film presents a script which relates to the culture of Maharashtra.
‘Rashtra‘ will present renowned artistes who are suited to play the characters in political circle. To present this subject the writer- director has done a lot of study of Maharashtra politics, to enable him to offer a realistic situation of latest happenings. Highlight of this film is that popular Politicians Ramdas Athavale and Raju Shetty will be making their acting debut through this film, which also stars Mohan Joshi, Rohini Hattangadi, Milind Gunaji, Sanjay Narvekar, Deepak Shirke, Late Reema Lagoo besides Mr. Vikram Gokhale. Vikram Gokhale sets a new record of shooting non- stop for 15 hours
As an actor Vikram Gokhale has always invited attention of the audience, be it stage, television or films. His mere presence in the film, gives a special status to the film. While shooting, he gets so much involved in his work that many a times he forgets about time. Recently, while shooting for his forthcoming Marathi film ‘Khopa‘ he tirelessly worked non-stop for 15 hours . According to film’s director Dr.Sudhir Nikam, ever since Mr. Gokhale has been signed for this role, he has been taking a lot of interest in his character. “Sometimes, he gets so much engrossed in his work that he forgets about the time spent on stets,” says the director.
In ‘Khopa‘ film Vikram Gokhale plays the challenging role of a grandfather, who offers shelter to an orphan child and showers all the love and affection on him, treating him as his own grandson. The story of this emotion filled film revolves around this child. Produced by Jalinder Bhujbal, the film also stars Sankarshan Karhade, Aishwarya Tupe, Yatin Karyekar, Rooplaxmi Chougule, Bharat Ganeshpure, Asha Tare, Siddheshwar Zadbuke, Jalinder Bhujbal, Dr.Sudhir Nikam, Vidya Bhagwat, Ketan Pawar, Rishikesh Bam and others. Cinematography by Sameer Bhaskar and music by A.V.Prafulchandra are other credits. The highlight of the film is that for the first time maximum use of VFX has been done in this film.
Vikram Gokhale-Suhasini Mulay starrer film ‘Dev Devharyat Nahi’ to release soon
Vikram Gokhale and Suhasini Mulay are both renowned Marathi artistes, who also established themselves as versatile artistes in Hindi film industry. Now, after a long time this matchless pair will be working together in forthcoming Marathi film ‘Dev Devharyat Nahi‘ , which is all set to release on 2nd June 2017. Vivek Wagh to present a documentary on living legend Vikram Gokhale
Popular veteran Marathi actor and living legend Vikram Gokhale, who has been in the field of acting for almost 50 years now, belongs to a family, which has a long tradition of 100 years in this field. Vikram Gokhale’s Grandmother Kamlabai was the first child artiste, while his father was a renowned actor on Marathi stage and Marathi films. Vikram Gokhale releases first Marathi EDM song album
Power Bridge Entertainment Asia (P) Ltd have released their Indo China Venture’s first Marathi EDM song recently, at the hands of veteran Marathi actor Vikram Gokhale. Present on the occasion were Marathi Chitrapat mahamandal President Meghraj Bhosale, Producers Anjela, Tejas Bhalerao, Rajaram Kore of HR Zoom, director Rahul Zende , actor-singer Vaibhav Londhe , actress Saisha Pathak and others.
Speaking on the occasion chief guest Mr. Vikram Gokhale appreciated the efforts of this Indo China Company. He also appealed to them to highlight Indo China friendship through the films to be produced by them. He also emphasized the importance of songs and music in such films and added that the culture of both the countries was almost the same and will help both the countries to build good relations with each other.
Producer Tejas Bhalerao assured that Marathi artistes will have ample opportunity through his production company and said that their first Marathi electronic dance Music video album will be appreciated by all. Mukesh Gaikwad was the anchor of this show.
