सिद्धार्थ चांदेकर आणि मृण्मयी देशपांडे यांची मध्यवर्ती भूमिका असलेल्या ‘मिस यू मिस्टर’ चे पहिले पोस्टर आज प्रकाशित करण्यात आले. समीर जोशी दिग्दर्शित हा चित्रपट २१ जून २०१९ रोजी संपूर्ण महाराष्ट्रात प्रदर्शित होत आहे.
समीर जोशी यांनी दिग्दर्शनाबरोबरच या चित्रपटाचे लेखनही केले आहे. बस स्टॉप (२०१७), मामाच्या गावाला जाऊया (२०१४), मंगलाष्टक वन्स मोअर (२०१३) असे गाजलेले मराठी चित्रपट जोशी यांच्या नावावर आहेत. त्यांनी ‘बे दुणे दहा’, ‘प्रीती परी तुजवरी’ आणि ‘एक नंबर’ या स्टार प्रवाहवरील टेलिव्हिजन मालिकांचे दिग्दर्शन केले आहे.
‘मिस यू मिस्टर’ हा एक कौटुंबिक मनोरंजनात्मक चित्रपट असून तो नातेसंबंधांवर बेतलेला आहे. या चित्रपटात इतरही अनेक आघाडीचे मराठी कलाकार दिसणार आहेत. त्यांत राजन भिसे, सविता प्रभूणे, अविनाश नारकर, राधिका विद्यासागर आदींचा समावेश आहे.
Spruha Joshi and her family take part in Pani Foundation work
Spruha Joshi is known for her intense acting skills and thought provoking poems in Marathi entertainment industry. But, her contribution to social work is not known to many of her admirers. On the occasion of Maharashtra Day, Spruha along with her mother and aunt visited Dhondbar village in Sinnar taluka place and took part in labour work undertaken by Pani foundation in this drought prone area.
Speaking about her visit, Spruha said that last year she had visited Pokhar village in Purander taluka . Appreciating my work, this year my mother and aunty decided to accompany me in this mission this year. “ I am glad that I could be part of this mission undertaken by Pani Foundation to counter drought situation.
Though my contribution is very small, I am feeling proud that I am part of this programme to make Maharashtra drought free.
Mukta’s next film ‘Bandishala’ to release on 21st June
Playing a Lady Cop is not new to Marathi film industry. But, who is playing the lady Cop is important, to generate interest among the film lovers. ‘Baalaa’ set on Cricket backdrop releases timely

The trailer of this film clearly indicates that his Police Inspector father wants his son to become a top police officer, but the boy is keen on playing cricket despite opposition from father. ‘Vajale Ki Bara’ will be remake of ‘The Play that goes wrong’
‘The Play that goes wrong’ received immense popularity in London and America at West End and Broadway . Now, a remake of this play in Marathi is being presented by Bollywood actor Sharman Joshi , who will be making his debut as a presenter in Marathi through this play. Directed by kedar Shinde, the announcement of this play was made on the occasion of Maharashtra day, by seeking the blessings of Lord Ganesha at Siddhivinayak temple, Mumbai.
This play was presented by the duo Sharman and kedar in Gujarathi and English language in India and it received good response. Having directed many hit plays in the past, Kedar Shinde will be returning to Marathi stage after a gap of three and half years. Now, all eyes on ‘Vajale Ki Bara’, to see how this remake has been presented to invite the attention of Marathi drama lovers. One thing is sure that Marathi dramas have a larger audience.
Anna Hazare all praise for ‘Ek Hota Pani’ writer Ashish Ningurkar
We are already aware of social worker Anna Hazare’s fight against injustice to common man. At the same time, we are also aware of his efforts to eradicate poverty and water conservation in drought areas of Maharashtra. Keeping this in mind, writer of forthcoming Marathi film ‘Ek Hota Pani’ met Anna Hazare personally, to brief him about the subject of his film, based on water, which is so precious today.
Speaking on this occasion, Anna Hazare praised the efforts of the writer Ashish Ningurkar for selecting this subject and wished him all the best. “Time has come, when there will be a big war over water. If there is sufficient water, the village, district, state and country can prosper. It is unfortunate, in spite of having educated ministers and administrators in our state, still we are unable to have sufficient storage of water, to cater to the daily needs of lakhs of people. At my place Ralegansiddhi, you will find no shortage of water, as we have all worked hard towards water conservation. When other villages around are dependent on water tankers, we are able to supply water to nearby villages,” he said .
Therefore the subject of ‘Ek Hota Pani’ has invited the attention of all sensible film lovers.
