‘Mee Vasantaro’ ready for release on 1st April 2022
The much talked about film ‘Mee Vasantaro’ to be presented by Jio studios is now all set for release on 1st April 2022 coinciding with the auspicious Gudhi Padwa day. Recently, trailer of this film was released by popular actor Nana Patekar in a ceremony held recently, in presence of Director Nipun Dharmadhikari, Rahul Deshpande, Anita Date, Sarang Sathye, Kaumudi Walokar, Amey Wagh, Subodh Bhave, Hrishikesh Joshi, Jitendra Joshi and others.
Speaking on this occasion, chief guest Nana Patekar said, “ Renowned people don’t say Good bye to this world. They always remain in our heart through music.This is what P.L.Deshpande used to say. And this is very true in the case of Late Vasantrao Deshpande. He knew all the forms of music. His knowledge was vast. I am fortunate to have met him . I have seen this film on his life and it has been presented very well. This film will be one of the best films in Marathi. And Rahul has done full justice in the role of his grandfather.”

आगामी बहुचर्चित ‘सरसेनापती हंबीरराव (Sarsenapati Hambirrao)’ हा भव्यदिव्य ऐतिहासिक चित्रपट कधी प्रदर्शित होणार याची उत्कंठा प्रेक्षकांना लागून राहिली होती. जगभरातील शिवप्रेमी या ऐतिहासिक मराठी चित्रपटाची मोठ्या उत्सुकतेने वाट पाहत आहेत. अखेर या चित्रपटाच्या प्रदर्शनाची तारीख जाहीर करण्यात आली आहे, 27 मे 2022 रोजी ‘सरसेनापती हंबीरराव’ हा बिगबजेट चित्रपट प्रेक्षकांच्या भेटीस येणार असून मे महिन्याच्या सुट्टीत दमदार संवाद, जबरदस्त ऍक्शनची मेजवानी प्रेक्षकांना मिळणार आहे.
या चित्रपटात मराठीतील ‘हँडसम हंक’ अभिनेता गश्मीर महाजनी (Gashmeer Mahajani) हा छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराजांच्या महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिकेत दिसणार आहे. छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराज आणि छत्रपती संभाजी महाराज या दोन छत्रपतींच्या काळात स्वराज्याचे सरसेनापती होण्याचा बहुमान मिळालेले एकमेव सरसेनापती हंबीरराव मोहिते यांची व्यक्तिरेखा स्वतः प्रविण तरडे साकारत आहेत. याशिवाय अनेक दिग्गज कलाकार महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिकेत दिसणार आहेत.

First song of ‘Vishu’ released
After releasing the poster of ‘Vishu’ few days ago, now the makers of this Marathi film have released the first song of this film ‘Hi Jadoo Tujhi…’ . This romantic song is picturised on Gashmeer Mahajani and Mrunmayee Godbole. In this song we find the Gashmir dressed in casuals, dreaming all the time about his dream girl Mrunmayee while she is at work in office . This song is written by Mangesh Kangane with music provided by Hrishikesh Kamekar.
Speaking about this song, both Gashmeer and Mrunmayee said, “In this film you will find a romantic love story and the first song of this film has turned out to be a perfect song to express love through emotions. We are sharing the screen for the first time and we are sure, the audience would love our chemistry. This film produced by Babu Krushna Bhoir is written and directed by Mayur Madhukar Shinde. Besides gashmeer and Mrunmayee, the film also stars Eitasha Sanzgiri, Manasi Mohile, Milind Pathak, Vijay Nikam, Sanjay Gurbakshani and Pradnesh Dingorkar in lead roles .The film will be released on 8th April 2022.

The poster of this film clearly suggests the determination and hard work put in by a young girl while living her life happily in spite of being handicapped.

‘Baipan Bhari Devaa’ will be Kedar Shinde’s next film
On the occasion of International Women’s day, director Kedar Shinde announced his next Marathi film ‘Baipan Bhari Devaa’ with the release of film’s teaser poster. This film is presented by Jio Studios and produced by Madhuri Bhosale along with Bela Shinde and Ajit Bhure as co producers. This is the second Marathi film to be presented by Jio Studios after ‘Mee Vasantrao’ which will be released soon.
Speaking on this occasion, Kedar Shinde said, “Women’s day was the best time to release the poster of this film. I always feel that just one day in a year is not enough to celebrate ‘Women’s day’, as the contribution made by Women today in every field is enormous. The film stars popular women artistes. However, their names have been kept in abeyance.

‘Gulhar’ presents Madhav Abhyankar in a striking look
If a particular character played by an actor in a film, TV serial or web series captures the attention of the audience, then the credit goes to the person who has selected him to play that role. Somewhat similar thing has happened in the case of veteran actor Madhav Abhyankar. You very well know, how he gained popularity through the character of Anna Naik, which he played in TV serial ‘Raatris Khel Chale’. Now, Madhav Abhyankar will present himself with his striking look in the forthcoming Marathi film ‘Gulhar’ .
As per his photos released recently, Madhav Abhyankar’s appearance will be in ‘Gulhar’ with pink feta on the head, white shirt, dhoti, curled stick in hand, bracelet in right hand, uparna on the left shoulder, mustache with necklace, amulet on the neck, shoes on feet and forehead daubed with turmeric. However, the exact role played by Madhav Abhyankar, in this film is still unrevealed. The film ‘Gulhar’ has been produced under the banner of Ideal Venture launched by Shantaram (Appa) Medage, Shivaji Bhintade, Anup Shinde, and Abid Syed. ‘Gulhar’ has been directed by Ramesh Chaudhary, who had earlier directed films like ‘Baabo’.

‘Garam Kitali’ muhurat performed in a big way
Written and Directed by Raj Paithankar, the shooting of this film began at Madh soon after the muhurat. According to director Raj, “‘Garam Kitali (गरम किटली )’ will be a perfect entertainer for the audience. The film manages to entertain as well as sent an important message to the audience. The story line is related to everyone and the personalities in it will also be seen somewhere in society. An attempt will be made to do a different experiment through this film, for which the entire team is working hard,” said Raj.
Newcomers in the form of lead pair Aditya Paithankar and Shraddha Mahajan, will be the new attraction for the audience. Apart from them, the other star cast of of this film comprise of Vijay Patkar, Dayanand Shetty, Anshuman Vichare, Kamlesh Sawant, Vishakha Subhedar, Manisha Paithankar, Viraj Godkar. DOP Aniket K. creative director Yogesh Mahajan are the other credits of this film. The songs in the film are written by Raj and the music duo Kiran-Raj will compose the songs.
‘Ek Number… Super’ to hit cinemas on 11th March
After offering a hit film ‘Takatak’, director Milind Kavde is now ready to release his next film ‘Ek Number… Super’ on 11th March in cinema halls. Two songs of this film have already popularized among music lovers and the trailer of this film has increased the curiosity of young audience about this film .
