Poster of ‘Shiva – Ek Yuva Yodhha’ launched at the hands of Journalists
The Poster launch of the film ‘Shiva – Ek Yuva Yodhha‘ took place in an unusual manner. Instead of going for traditional method, this was the first time that a Poster launch for a film was held at the hands of Journalists. The occasion was also unique, as it coincided with Patrakaar Din.
The SGS Films team feel that there was an eminent role of journalists who reflect the moods of the society with a third party approach. It was therefore decided to release the Poster of their latest film ‘Shiva – Ek Yuva Yodhha‘ at the hands of noted senior journalists.
The story of this film revolves around the determined enthusiasm and zeal of the youth today. The boiling point of will power, aspirations and determination will exhibit the ideals of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and provide an idea of his principles to the youth today that may be engulfed by the evil ways and means. Therefore, The film is likely to catch the eye of the youth.
‘Shiva‘ will be releasing on the 15 February 2019 in entire Maharashtra. The story narrates the struggle by a son whose father gets martyred for the progress and development of the village and villagers. With a great entertainment package a new artist Siddhant More as ‘Shiva‘ will be seen in ‘Shiva – Ek Yuva Yodhha‘ film, displaying his charm and strength.
‘Hote Kurup Vede’ will be Sanjay Narvekar’s 25th play
Known for his hit Marathi plays ‘All The Best‘, ‘Adhantar‘, ‘Ashi Pakhare Yeti‘ and ‘Locha Jhala Re‘, actor Sanjay Narvekar shot into fame after his performance as ‘Dedh Footya‘ in the Hindi film ‘Vastav’, which offered him more and more roles in Hindi cinema. In fact, Sanjay Narvekar has done more number of Hindi films than Marathi films in his acting career span of about 25 years. But, as a Marathi stage actor, he is still popular.
Incidentally, with his latest Marathi play ‘Hote Kurup Vede‘ which will stage its first show on 11th January @ 3.30 pm at Shivaji Mandir, Dadar, Sanjay has performed in 25 different plays till date. And another coincidence is that this play will also be the 25th play of director Mr. Rajesh Deshpande . Both Sanjay and Rajesh have worked together in the past and hence their coming together through this new play has made both of them very happy. Working with them in this play are other important artistes like Nayan Jadhav, Bharat Savale, Shalaka Pawar, Meenakshi Joshi, & Kalpesh Bawiskar.
गायिका सावनी रविंद्रचा नवा लूक
मराठीतली गोड गळ्याची गायिका आणि सध्या तरूणाईत आपल्या वैविध्यपूर्ण गाण्यांनी सुप्रसिध्द असलेल्या सावनी रविंद्रने 2019 मध्ये आपल्या लूकमध्ये एक्सिपिरीमेंट केलेला दिसतोय.
बॉलीवूडच्या सगळयाच आघाडीच्या गायिकांना कॉन्सर्ट्स, रिएलिटी शो आणि सोशल मीडियाव्दारे त्यांचे चाहते अशा कॅज्युअल लुक्समध्ये पाहत असतात. मात्र मराठीतल्या गायिकांना आपल्या लुक्सबाबत खूप एक्सपिरीमेन्ट करताना कमीच पाहिलं जातं. ह्याविषयी सावनी म्हणते, “मला माझे बरेच चाहते सोशल मीडियावरून माझ्या स्टाइल स्टेटमेंटविषयी विचारत असतात. म्हणून मी स्वत: ज्या कपड्यांमध्ये कम्फर्टेबल आहे. त्याच कपड्यांमध्ये हे नवे फोटोशूट केले. कारण आपण ज्यात जास्त कम्फर्टेबल आहोत, तीच फॅशन आणि स्टाइल आपण उत्तम कॅरी करू शकतो, असे मी मानते.”
सावनी पूढे सांगते, “माझी मैत्रीण सची पटवर्धनच्या ‘एबनी बाय आयवरी’चे कपडे मी नेहमी घालते. म्हणूनच हे फोटोशूट करण्याची कल्पना मला तिने दिली. मी जर वैयक्तिक जीवनात कॅज्युअल वेअर घालते. तर एकदा त्यामध्ये फोटोशूटही करावे, असे तिला वाटत होते.”

After ‘Redu’ Sagar Vanjari launches his next film ‘Rapan’
Inviting all the attention of Marathi film lovers through his film ‘Redu‘, film maker Sagar Vanjari is now ready to offer his next film ‘Rapan‘ during this new year. An official announcement about the launch of this film has been made by Sagar on his social networking page, by displaying an motion poster of this film. A small boat finding its path through the water is the only indication of the film’s subject.
Having received very good response for ‘Redu‘ at the national and international film festivals, there are obviously big expectations from this film too. A number of Marathi artistes contribute towards the grand success of ‘Simmba’

Actress Aditi Dravid begins her new innings as lyricist
Besides acting many artistes possess different skills and at a particular time such skills get noticed, when they find an opportunity to display the same. This has happened in the case of actress Aditi Dravid, who is at present performing the role of Isha Nimbalkar in ongoing popular TV serial ‘Majhya Navryachi Bayko‘. Recently, her album ‘Jhilmil‘ for which she has penned the lyrics has been released. And the highlight of this album is that popular Bollywood music composer Salim Merchant has rendered his voice for the song this album. Incidentally, her recently released album ‘You and Me‘ has also attained popularity.
For Aditi Dravid, this is a big achievement and reacting on this latest achievement, she says, “I consider myself very fortunate that Sailm Sir has rendered his voice for my song. For a Marathi lyricist like me, this becomes a big news that a Bollywood music composer comes forward to sing on my lyrics. I would consider this as a biggest achievement for the year 2018.”
